He was a giddy fool for a week afterwards and wouldn’t shut up about it.

What was Shockwave’s initial reaction to finding out Override and Hornet were having a sparkling?

That phone call went about as good as it could have gone. Of course, Override left out any major details on who Seaglasses carrier was, but Shockwave isn't really the super close-nit family type. 

So Shockwave didn’t really have much of a reaction outside of “Good for you I guess?”

So what’s Seaglass and Blurr’s relationship like?

Seaglass and Blurr have a very pleasant relationship, thanks to Hornet.

Hornet isn’t cruel and can’t really bring herself to be cruel enough to not let Seaglass have the opportunity to know her family. Even if Override isn’t too keen about it.

Seaglass gets very excited when Blurr comes around.

Here’s the Cops and Mobs Ovenet family! Hornet is an OB/GYN. Hornet loves her job because she gets to help bring babies into the world as well as develop a healthy relationship between herself and her clients as well as keep tabs on how they and their children are doing.

Override is in his last year of law school. Override is looking into becoming a public defendant/lawyer. He doesn’t plan on working big cases and prefers smaller civil claims such as divorces or minor infractions.

Seaglass is merely a wee bab who’s job is to sleep or make a mess.

Hornet/Override has such angst material and I'm absolutely here for that, but also, please tell me that after everything, hornet finally telling blitzing, override and his sire, and just the whole war, whether its still going on or ended, that these two have a happy ever after together

Happily Ever after? Ehhh kinda? I mean they will def go on living their lives!

But when it comes to Hornet and Over Ride’s relationship, there is definitely a little lady in their future. Regardless of what either parties parents may agree/disagree on. Blitzwing will always be a bit intense for Over Ride’s liking though XDIn terms of Over Ride and his carrier, there may not be a healthy or happy trail on that road.

(sorry this is a tiny bit late, happy easter eve, enjoy the Blitzwing and Override bonding)

The night had started off nice, a bit of light drinking amongst the adults and the little ones playing with each other, excited screeches filling the air as Wingding and the Jettwins, who weren’t much for ‘boring’ talking, chased Seaglass, Shutter and Fringe around, pretending to be scary cons coming to eat the little sparklings. 

Then as they had sat down to eat that’s when everything. went. wrong.

Sari and some of her organic friends had been invited to dinner, some mash potatoes, ham and turkey had been provided for them while it was just energon and oil for the bots. 

The trine had been all sitting next to each other, talking excitedly, practically vibrating in their seats. Jetstorm had been trying to steal a energon from Wingding, suddenly Wingding whipped around, accidentally knocking the energon all over Jetfire. The three started arguing, bickering over who spilt it and who should say sorry and just a billion angry questions.

It was when Jetfire threw his own energon at Wingding did everything fall into chaos. The three started throwing energon at each other, in turn hitting the bots and organics around them. It didn’t take long till it turned into a mess, everyone yelling at each other, covered in energon from the Trine’s fighting.

Hornet had gotten up to calm Seaglass, who was crying her poor little heart out after getting elbowed in the face by her carrier. Override had gotten up, walking over to his conjux and sparkling to try and console the screaming little thing.

“Have you got her Hornet?” He asked, gently reaching out to try and see if there was any damage to his poor sparkling.

“Yes Override, I’ve got her” Hornet hissed. She was obviously stressed, everyone around them was fighting, Blitzwing was scolding Wingding, Bumblebee was trying to get Fringe and Shutter off the table, the Jettwins were arguing over who started the entire mess and all the organics were in their own little circle, snarling at eachother as well

“Is she alright?” Override tried to gently wipe away Seaglass’s tears, only for his hand to be smacked away by Hornet

“I said, i’ve got her” Hornet hissed, glaring at Override a little

“I’m just trying to help” Override frowned, returning Hornet’s glare

“Just LET me HANDLE this”

“Well why can’t I help as well?!”

“JUST SHUT UP”

“FINE I WILL” Override stormed out, the door slamming behind him loudly, although he highly doubted he noticed, it being extremely loud in there from the yelling. He could practically feel steam coming off his plates, kicking a few pebbles around angrily.

He brooded out there for about 5 minutes, grumbling softly and pacing back and forth like a toddler. He eventually calmed down, sighing as he sat down “…This is a nightmare” he groaned, putting his face in his hands, just enjoying the quiet noises of frogs croaking in the distance, the cool night air on his plating.

He blinked when he heard the door open behind him, he turned around, confused when he saw, blitzwing, his sire-in-law. He currently had his icy face “Hornet said I might find you out here” The triple changer muttered before sitting down next to Override.

Override sighed, turning his optic back towards the ground, digging his pede into the dirt a little.

Blitzwing glanced down at him “Someving on your mind?” he asked, twirling a blade of grass in between two fingers.

“W-Well….me and Hornet kinda…argued a little” Override frowned

“Ah, I did overhear a little bit of zat…I vould’ve helped but I was a bit busy-” There was a quiet Whirr as blitzwing’s face changed to Hothead “-dealing with Wingding and his bolts for brains trine” Blitzwing’s face changed back to icy after a moment

The two sat in awkward silence for a minute, Override staring at the ground and Blitzwing twiddling his fingers a little

“I’m…kinda scared…I feel bad for arguing with Hornet but I also don’t know how to…apologize to her…” Override sighed softly

Blitzwing smiled very softly “Zell here’s my advice. Arguments are pretty normal in relationships, me and bee argue practically every day. Hornet’s bound to forgive you…it vas just a heat of the moment thing. Just as long as you two say your sorry it should be ok” His face switched to random “AnD iF sHe DoEsN’t, YoU cAn BrIbE hEr ViTh BaTtErIeS~” He cackled wildly, snorting a little as his pedes kicked against the ground, as if it was the funniest thing in the world. He composed himself, switching back to icy “Also, if it makes you feel better, I heard over a comlink that Optimus’s party isn’t going well. Oort and Paragon are chatting with Renegade…and Optimus is stuck awkwardly trying to not talk to Sentinel….he asked Bee if he could sving by and make up some Con attack so Optimus could leave”

Override smiled “T-Thanks” He flinched a little as Blitzwing pat him on the shoulder, clawed hands easily strong enough to knock him over “I’m going to go apologize to her” He got up and headed back inside

‘…..Oh my sweet little Hornet got so lucky” Blitzwing sighed, a proud smile crossing his face before following Override in.
