𝕄𝕠𝕟𝕕𝕒𝕪 𝕄𝕠𝕥𝕚𝕧𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 💪🏻 It’s never too late in the game to get your buns moving! I struggle so much with being consistent with workouts. I get bored easy with videos, going to the gym makes me EXTRA self conscious & I am NOT a runner. But today I woke up with the DESIRE to work out. So I hauled my butt out of bed EARLY (mind you I am a kid-less mama today). Put on my brand new pair of tights (something about new workout gear definitely makes for great motivation). And had myself a nice little walk/run this morning, followed by some old fashioned floor workouts in my living room. Am I tired? Yes ✔️ Was it worth it? Absolutely ✔️ I feel like I have more energy than I do on days where I just wake up and start mommin’ like usual. I’m looking forward to my shower to get refreshed and then I’ll have me a nice cup of coffee ☕️ Will this be an everyday occurrence? Hopefully 🤞🏼 It can be hard to stay motivated. It can be hard to find “time”. Making excuses is MUCH easier. BUT it’s never too late to turn those excuses into actions and do something GREAT for YOU! Y’all have a blessed and beautiful day loves.
