#loving this no caffeine thing so far#mine#battling this ed thing so hard rn#was worried I'd relapse after being sick and nauseas for a whole week#but I'm okay!!#testing this new theory called tummy not want to binge eat on chocolate if tummy full#and frankie not feel tired if frankie have food in body#and frankie get a good night sleep if frankie exercise#frankie feel happy if frankie full and exercising and eating nutrition#we will see how it goes!
