The leader of the Dark Seducers has a duty to accomplish. To light the flame of Agnon she has to sacrifice herself on the altar of Despair. It’s her honor to bring back the flame that enlightens their home! She has been expecting it for a long time. This is how it’s meant to be.

i love the hobbydrama subreddit so much. you get stories about everything from millionaire reality show contestants murdering people to gamers abusing weird glitches in mmos to early 2000s rp forum drama.

She’s finally arrived at Cylarne, where the Great Torch waits until it can be relit once again. There are two guards posted, a Dark Seducer and a Golden Saint. They seem to be expecting her as they bow at her presence. Their leaders want to talk with her.

Hours roaming inside the burrow, fighting endless insects for the sake of feeling like herself again. She finds a door, scratched. Something tried to get inside but couldn’t, something without hands. Luckily for her, the door is open.

Arturia reports to the Duchess of Dementia everything she’s learned this past two days alongside the leader of the conspiracy against her. It’s now on her hands to place a punishment that suits such a traitor. She seems pleased with Arturia’s work.

The Dark Seducers are ready to embrace the Golden Saints assault. It’s always the same, they attack them through the main passage but they won’t budge no matter what! The altar of Despair is meant to be under their custody not the Golden Saints’. And they’ll keep it that way.

Here it is, the Chalice of Reversal back to the hands of its legitimate owner. It seems to have been an entire play for the sake of making Arturia understand the hardships of wanting your next fix as he calls them. But all’s well since the Chalice reverses the effects of the addiction and makes them disappear.

With the battle over, the Dark Seducers gather around the altar of Despair. It’s the big moment. In just a few moments the flame of Agnon shall raise with strength once more. It’ll be a moment the entirety of the Shivering Islands was waiting for!

The battle is fierce. Many from both sides have fallen. They are equally matched in terms of fighting ability, but the defensive position of the Dark Seducers and Arturia’s help provides the final push they needed to win the battle. Without the Golden Saints, now they can ignite the flame.

Wide-Eye, Thadon’s steward, tells Arturia a bit more so she can actually start searching for the Chalice instead of blindly poking here and there. She must travel to a burrow a bit far from here and consume Felldew to be able to enter. It’ll be a tough quest for her.

Arturia has decided. She’ll be helping the Dark Seducers as she feels their morals are stronger and solid than the Golden Saints that just seem to want to wipe them out. They want to protect what’s theirs and so she will lend them a hand. The assault should start shoon enough.

During the battle, Arturia got hit in the face with the green mucus the insect threw at her and she ended up tasting it... It was great! She felt a small energy boost and the enemy fell quicker. As she did, she saw a hole she hadn’t seen before at the base of the tree, inviting her to venture inside.

Arturia comes the following day expecting something worthwhile, but she’s late. No one replies when she knocks on the door and after she forces her way inside, she only finds a corpse. She might not have the proof she needs... although he carries some keys with him, maybe there’s something around here that would help her.

It’s starting to become more than an addiction, her thoughts are in disarray while she fights more insects not for the sake of progressing through the burrow, but for the sake of getting her hands on more delicious Felldew.
