Seven questions (TMW edition): Johannes Leppänen, Tero Huotari
As the start of Tallinn Music Week is just one day away, we have another “Seven questions” post for you. This time we have Johannes Leppänen and Tero Huotari from Finnish alternative-punk band TEKSTI-TV 666. This is no ordinary band, because they have no less than five (sometimes six) electric guitars on stage. Being one of the most in-demand live acts in their native Finland, it’s really cool that TEKSTI-TV 666 are performing at this year’s TMW. I personally can’t wait to see their concert!
TEKSTI-TV 666 at Tallinn Music Week: Saturday 01.04 at 01:00 // Raadio 2 Stage // Von Krahl (upstairs)

1) Last song that was stuck in your head?
Tero: Wilco's “Cry All Day”. Cry cry cry all day.
Johannes: Nothing but “Shimmy Shimmy Ya” in here… Going crazy soon.
2) What are you listening to at the moment?
Johannes: Nothing right now. I was listening to Look Out! album by 20/20 earlier.
Tero: I’m listening to Clear Lake Forest LP by The Black Angels.
3) Last album/song you bought?
Tero: Monster Movie and Future Days LPs by Can.
Johannes: White Reaper EP by White Reaper.
4) Next concert you're going to attend (as a listener)?
Johannes: I think I’m gonna go see locals Too Slow, Mother Goose and Flaming Skull of the Eagle on Thursday (March 23rd).
Tero: Risto and Janne Westerlund at Tavastia on Friday (March 24th).
5) Most interesting band/artist in Finland at the moment? Why?
Johannes: I like Plastic Tones and Too Slow. They know how to write good songs. Also check out Litku Klemetti and Itä-Hollola Installaatio. And Ghost World. Soft Power, if you’re into more psychedelic/jazzy stuff. There’s so many tbh.
Tero: Oranssi Pazuzu and Circle are the best Finnish acts in my opinion. They got speed, psychedelic vibes, style and their live shows are great!
6) Music that always calms you down?
Tero: Pretty much anything by The War on Drugs. Songs like “Eyes To The Wind”.
Johannes: Zachary Cale, Nick Drake… “Take It Easy” by The Eagles, works every time!
7) A song that makes you want to dance?
Johannes: “Deceptacon” by Le Tigre.
Tero: “Dancing In The Dark” by Bruce Springsteen.
