Barbecue lasagna! My wife was making a vegetable version and that didn’t fly so I made my own! It’s made with pork rib meat, bbq sauce, sautéed red bell and yellow onion in a tomato sauce, mozzarella, lasagna noodles and @meatchurch Holy Voodoo. It’s topped with Monterey Jack cheese, @gentrys_bbq Tenne Sweet Heat, crumbled bacon and chives.
