Always haggard and his sole property is his enchanted cape that has a pocket dimension to keep his potions and ingredients for his concotions. What D&D Alignment are the characters in Echo?

so I had this idea for a while (ever since I played Temptation's Ballad) to make a The Loading Crew-style DnD alignment analysis to the characters of an FVN, am I decided to finally do it

I decided to choose Echo for this because 1. is finished, 2. is one of my favorite VNs and 3. and most important of all, the wiki for The Echo Project has an extremely thorough record of the characters' stories which makes this project infinitely easier

here's how it will go, I am gonna make 6 posts each focusing on one of the main characters, now, because of all the mindfuckery and diverging timelines in Echo I have to establish some things before I start:

I will start the ding count at the start of the game, there will be no ding for childhood escapades or anything before the first Saturday

I will judge their actions throughout all the timelines collectively, as in I will not give alignment to for example Chase from the bad ending of Carl's route separated for all the other Chase iterations, but instead all the actions through all the routes will add to the final score

actions taken due to possession won't be counted, as the characters are being mind controlled, so any of the actions that Chase and Flynn made because of Sam's possession (i.e. the choices we make) won't be counted, as for Carl and Jenna in Carl's route, is harder to define what is solely their doing when they are being influenced and when they are being controlled, so what i am gonna do is considered both possessed starting with the arrival in the ghost dimension, with Carl being de-possessed in the choice partition towards his good ending

actions taken due to the influence of the hysteria will have double dings as is the standard when mind-altering magic only amplifies pre-existing tendencies and feelings, as to how to apply, it has a similar problem in which is difficult to determine the beginning and end to different characters, so what I am going to do is consider all the characters as under the hysteria in the last two days of each route, except for TJ's route where only Chase will be double-dinged in the last to days

This scene holds a special place in my heart. Back in elementary school, I was an immigrant and couldn't read a speck of English and really struggled in my classes. I could speak it fairly well though, and I was one of those kids who couldn't shut up. As a result, my first grade teacher was convinced I actually knew English and got all pissy at me every time I was struggling and thought I was just stirring up trouble again.

I had a good friend who took time to stay with me during recess and go over our spelling test lists with me, read books out loud with me, and just showed me a lot of patience out of the kindness of her heart. Those moments really stuck with me even in as a grown-ass adult, so some of you might have noticed that "bonding over learning to read together" is a bit of a reoccurring trope in my VNs. Just a little moment a self-indulgence for my younger self.
