Today, I went out for Ramen with friends. We went to Jinya Ramen at the Ballston Quarter. The food was okay and I discovered I like Sapporo Biru. Jinya in North Bethesda will always be my favorite. Better food, service, and atmosphere.

My dress from Lady Sloth, Ball at Miranda Castle, arrived this week. I purchased both black and purple colorways. I chose to wear the black colorway, a short-sleeved crop top, and tights by Teja Jamilla. A few accessories from Neant Glass, a brooch I received in a lucky pack from Moss Badger, and finally, a cat brooch from Ms. Danger Shop.

At some point, the cat brooch came off, and I didn't notice until later. So, unfortunately, it isn't in all of the pictures. Luckily, I discovered that it was missing before completely leaving the area. I was able to retrace my steps and find it under the table in the restaurant. Someone had stepped on it, damaging one of the ears, but I am hoping that with a little patience and a little glue, I can repair it, like new.

aside from sockdreams, do you know of any brand/shop that sells tights known to fit plus-size people? there are so many gorgeous tights out there that I'm terrified to buy because I know they won't fit me... please help!

I know a few places depending on what you’re looking for. We Love Colors is a great place to go for solid colored tights. They have a few varieties that come in a ton of different colors and some of them come in a number of different sizes as well. If you like prints and you’re looking for something sweet, Kawaii Goods offers their tights in a number of sizes. DaniLamb also has adorable tights in a lot of sizes. For a darker look there’s a brand called KOMACHI2266531DarkLolita that has some gorgeous designs that are somewhat plus-size and tall friendly, at least compared to most Japanese brands, but I believe they still only come in one size. I also highly recommend TejaJamilla for tights that come in a number of sizes and work well with a lot of different styles.

Wore this to the Sunday of MCM Scotland with @bubblegum-beethoven, I got my picture taken on a replica of the iron throne! It was a very uncomfortable chair but worth it. Oh and I wasn’t sick, I did crying makeup so that’s why my nose is red. :)
