Chika looked down, placing her dainty hands on her grumbling tummy. In her palms, she felt her tum morph and fatten, until she was gripping a cute, little beer belly in her hands. She played with the soft ball of chub, jiggling it about, giggling. “Tee hee! Hey, this is kinda neat...”

Looking at old Flapjack storyboards.  These panels are from the episode “Tee Hee Tummy Tums.”

The character of Tee Hee Tummy Tums was designed in the writers room while doing a round of Exquisite Corpse. 

If i remember correctly (which I may not)... Pen Ward designed his head, JG Quintel designed his torso, and Kent Osborne designed his legs (or something like that. Maybe Mike Roth or John Infantino were in the mix as well, I sorta forget). And then Alex Hirsch gave him the name “Tee Hee Tummy Tums”.  It was really funny to us how two of the three sections of the Exquisite Corpse ended up totally mundane & normal (legs and torso) while the head was this horrible creepy bag mask.

Somvilay Xayaphone and I storyboarded the episode. We were nominated for an Emmy with this one!
