Ka, who received the news with the rest of his parkmates, vows to stay with them for as long as his body will permit. But it's clear that he's declining, even if demolition hasn't begun yet.
Green Lantern had already chosen to retreat into her Charging Station by this point, as it would make the process easier on her body and she didn’t want to stick around any longer.
Toro immediately goes into a "It should've been me" mentality upon hearing the news; all the survivor’s guilt he felt for Rolling Thunder has returned stronger than ever.
Nitro is immediately appointed leader, and while she was helping Ka with his leadership for years, she's on her own now. Nitro nearly froze the entire park when The Chiller twins were removed in a desperate attempt to keep them from being demolished. While she's matured since then, she feels hopeless at the prospect of helping everyone else (and herself) through losing Ka and Green Lantern. That, and she doesn't want to drag Flash down (emotionally) when her coaster opens next year.
Joker, who is no stranger to dark comedy, can't bring himself to make a joke about all this. All he can think about is his partner Harley, and how they've been at the park far longer than he has, how the park could easily get away with taking her coaster out bcs enthusiasts wouldn't care as much…
Superman, who has historically struggled with anxiety, has a panic attack for the first time in years. He thinks about how his coaster had issues running on the park’s power grid this season, and wonders if that could become a convenient excuse to get rid of it in the future. Superman retreats to his apartment, vowing to read through his entire collection of comics-- an escapist path that will consume most of his waking hours.
Runaway Mine Train devotes herself to being Ka’s caregiver for as long as he remains alive, even if she personally disagrees with his choice; she believes that this will only cause Ka to suffer more physically (and her + the others emotionally).

So after I remastered the first “Welcome to Six Flags Great Adventure” drawing, it only made sense to remaster the second one. This drawing features the Coasterdroids associated with coasters that are defunct, relocated, or were rethemed. Wanted to get this out a bit sooner but life got in the way. Regardless, I’m happy with how this came out!
As suggested by the drawing’s header, this doesn’t encompass every single defunct/relocated/rethemed coaster to exist at Great Adventure. The park (currently) has more defunct/relocated coasters than operating coasters, and many of them were only around for a few seasons. When I initially set out to design personifications for Great Adventure’s lineup, I decided that I’d only personify a defunct/relocated coaster if it operated for at least five seasons. The only exception to this rule was Ultra Twister, because when else would I get the chance to personify this model (it was the only one of its kind in the states)?
Will I ever personify the rest of Great Adventure’s defunct/relocated coasters? Probably not, I already have enough personifications lol. But if any of you guys do, I’d love to see ‘em! Despite the park’s popularity, I feel that SFGAd is somewhat underrepresented witin the personifier community.

Merry Christmas!
This year’s art is a bit different— instead of “christmas present”, I’ve turned back time to a christmas celebration of the past. Both sides of Batman and Robin: The Chiller were avid (if amateur) filmmakers; “B” tended to go for the director’s spot while “R” was a scriptwriter and actor. While they normally liked producing action flicks and documentaries, they decided a cooking show best fit the spirit of the holiday (plus they already had the “ice” aesthetic going on).
B provided the camera, capturing the look of early 2000s digital video, and voiceover as R handled a large portion of the baking. Though they blew most of their budget on decorations, the duo managed to come out of it with two kinds of themed sugar cookies; Candy Canes and Wreaths. Given all the work he put in, R figured that he could swipe a cookie for himself— but B caught him in the act. R would have to wait a few hours and share the treats with everyone else (but he still got that cookie).
To my followers who are celebrating, I hope you’re having a happy holiday!
