Question. Does Hermit rival Tech get a superior donkey/mule? So he can Level Up at Dream?

I think even if Techno enjoys pocking at Dream who’s mind is melting with everything happening around him… he would stand in the window and see a Level Up scenario and just go “well this has been a day” and then close the window and call it a day

Doubt his roomie could handle it… now maybe Techno doesn’t do a level up situation close to Dream but it would be hilarious for him to ask Mumbo for one for Mumbo to go “no” and Grian ever the enabler goes “Mumbo pleaseeeee Tech asked nicely”

Mumbo probably allows it because a) techno can be intimidating b) Grian is on his side

Techno goes around the server one (1) time and never does it again
