may i ask for a clytemnestra please 🥺
Hiii omg so sorry for the late answer 🥺❤️ I would love to draw her.. I hope you don’t mind me drawing the idea that’s been floating around my head for a while! Warrior Clytemnestra who joins the war effort to get her sister back.. Iphigenia probably doesn’t happen in this AU and I’m very normal about the idea that Warrior!Clytemnestra is absolutely insane on the battlefield with a signature weapon being an axe :D
Art block has been screwing me over so this is super messy and I apologise 😭🙏

ROGUE ONE BAKERY AU????? Please tell me all. Also Project 3 looks so interesting.
Also I've been wanting a valid Mansfield adaptation for AGES so you write that and get it made and I'll write my accurate Iliad film and get that made and then we can go to award shows together.
Thank you!!!!! Please brace yourself for the wave of Enthusiastic Rambling (they’re all very close to my heart!!)
The Rogue One bakery AU is one that has All the happy things!!! It’s set in a small town, and all the characters have either known each other from childhood (Jyn and Bodhi, Cassian and Kay) or met in high school (Jyn and the Skywalkers) or university (Cassian and Jyn). Cassian has a huge extended family and is a doting uncle (he has two older sisters) and son. He tutors high school kids (they think he’s the coolest.... they’re right) and works at the bakery during the week. Technically Kay runs the bakery, but Cassian is the one who does the orders for Jyn’s events. He gets a free invitation to all the book signings, but his favourite events are the poetry readings (he gets to see Jyn AND listen to poetry).
Cassian was nicknamed “the spy” in university because he... saved the day, in a way. Leia mentioned in passing that there had been a strange person lingering near the store she was working at, and Cassian started staying with her during her night shifts, half-marking papers in the corner and half-keeping an eye out. One day, the burglar came in and Cassian very discreetly caught him. Later on there was another incident when he was TA-ing a class, and was able to figure out which students were cheating simply by getting to know the undergrads. Jyn became known as “the rebel” because of an incident in high school that was blown out of proportion. She wasn’t really rebelling... she was protecting Bodhi from bullies and fight broke out. The kids who passed the principal’s office and heard her passionately defending her actions assumed that she was talking back.
In this AU, there is a Lot of baking, walks in the park, group movie nights, and Friendship: Han and Jyn get on like a house on fire. Cassian and Din often eat lunch together in dead silence (it’s unnerving for everyone else observing). The girls are all friends (Jyn, Leia, Mara, Omera, Cara). The people who joined the friend group in university LOVE it when someone flips open their old yearbook to make fun of the suit Han wore to prom with Leia, Luke’s haircut in the ninth grade, Jyn’s eyeliner phase, etc. Everyone is on the babysitting list for baby Poe (an angel until you turn your back) and baby Grogu (will smile as he throws his oatmeal at your face). Almost everyone knows about Jyn and Cassian before Jyn and Cassian realise their own feelings. At one point Jyn loses the locket her father gave her on her ninth birthday and Cassian spends all night searching for it.
When Jyn walks down the aisle Cassian cries (so does Kay and Bodhi. Actually most of them do. Han is in his corner holding Leia’s hand, grinning, and filming the whole thing). And because I couldn’t help myself: Rey is their daughter, and she grows up with Winta, Grogu, Poe, the Skywalker kids surrounded by love, by family and friends.
Project 3 is SUCH fun to plan!! There are all sorts of things I’m hoping to integrate into the story: a sentient house, a Heist, all sorts of training... The children who are chosen at the beginning of the story come from different countries and backgrounds, and are all here for different reasons (see: Heist), but ultimately become good friends. I wanted to write a story about heroes: but not necessarily about heroes who slay dragons and kill monsters. In this world the job that the new heroes must take up is just as difficult: reconciliation, healing, environmental stewardship, forgiveness, learning to love the people they once thought of as enemies. There’s not much else to say..... the details for this one are still a little hazy, and I haven’t figured out names or personalities for the students yet. But there are a lot of fun scenes: there’s a masked ball somewhere in there, and I am just itching to write that scene.
AHH Sounds good!!!! (an accurate Iliad film!! That sounds WONDERFUL.... there’s so much to draw from and so many possible images you could choose to emphasize :0 )
