New 52 baby but also it wasn't a rewrite as like I said the original story was that Bruce and Talia were married and that Bruce knew that she was pregnant but talia then lied about losing the baby bc she thought batman was too important - so not a rewrite the retcon was just taken out bc everyone with a working braincell realised how stupid it was including Grant Morrison
