Prompt 101

 The Fentons have created a machine! A wonderful machine that will reveal a ghost’s true form! So that everyone will see their trickery! They’ll see that the monsters they really are! 

 Now, to know what all went wrong, one would have to know some things about the ghost zone, and more specifically the area the Fentons had managed to punch through to. 

 For one, ghosts do not age like humans. Oh they might take a form similar to that of their death, which may appear as an adult or teen or something similar, but with how they can only die by the complete destruction of their core, theoretically a ghost could live forever once formed. 

 In fact, the equivalent of eighteen years for a ghost was one-hundred realms-years dead. And those years don’t always sync up with the years of the living world that one might open a door into. Thankfully, the Fenton’s world, being one of those synced closer to the Realms, only had a time dilation of a few seconds. 

 That being said, the area their portal had ripped into was incredibly rich in ectoplasm. And areas like that, were where newborn ghosts were formed and arrived. A ghost daycare of sorts, almost akin to a toddler area of the zone. 

 Which meant that when they shoot the Phantom-menace and other pesky ghosts to revert them into their true form, it isn’t exactly monsters that appear. Instead, there are now several ghost toddlers- or in the phantom-trio’s case literal babies- flying around. Very unhappy ghost toddlers. 

 What a horrible time for the Justice League to arrive. Though perhaps some would say it was actually perfect timing.

Not that Caleb having a cybernetic arm with no sensory input isn't horrendously heartbreaking in a future where we have OTTO who. Need I remind DO HAVE SENSORY RESPONSES. But would I sit and write a Drabble of my MC comparing their prosthesis to Caleb's and acknowledging that EVER rebuilt his arm to be a tool vs MC's prosthesis which was given to help them adapt to their disability and regain their independence... yes yes I would.

So i'm a weirdo and have weird specific likes in tech. Specifically wireless earbuds

i will not

pay over 50 bucks

get the ones with those stupid ass dongles off of them (sensory)

get large ones cause they make my ears ache

This has led to me living with two types of earbuds

iLuv - TB200 (best fit for my ear, honestly decent sound quality, used to be 20, could be found under 40 in 2023)

BackBeat - Tempo 30 (better sound quality, okay ear fit - falls out easily if i'm chewing or doing things, closer to 40/50 bucks if not on some sort of sale)

THE PROBLEM HERE is that

the BackBay Tempo 30s have been constantly selling for 45-50 and I just can't spend like that

iLuv APPEARS to have discontinued their TB200 line (and maybe isn't making earbuds at all anymore???)

All other brands DO NOT make the shape I need for my ears and sensory issues.

I lose earbuds on the reg (usually in my car and or house) so having multiple pairs saves me until i can find the missing ones. AND YES maybe I have enough missing I was hoping to just get a new pair.

I sporadically search for any news on if iLuv will bring back the TB200s, but since they're not a mega name brand in sound they have none news about them. All i get are reddit posts where someone's like 'iluv SUCKS BALLS'

which like OKAY SURE but they're also not 70+ bucks so shut the hell up.

And when I try and look for other brands theyre either out of my price range, look way too big for my ear, or look crappier than iluv.

I wish iLuv just had a fucking statement on their website or something so I can give up the ghost.

In tlp au, is Donnie any good at fighting? I know in the show he’s shown as being REALLY good, like almost takes out draxum in the first episode all by himself before the mystic stuff happens, so what about in your au?

so at this point TLP donnie has not had any fighting training or experience so he is not very good

that being said! he is very crafty which i think given the opportunity, he would be able to land a few good hits on his opponent just by using his environment and random objects around him in ways that aren't obvious. sort of like in miraculous ladybug how marinette uses her lucky charm, she has an object and she finds a creative way to use it to her advantage. though even though Donnie can do this, because he doesn't have any training, it is still fairly easy to beat him.

eventually when Donnie leaves Big Mama and starts living with the Hamatos he will get some proper martial arts training. I have like a lot of things planned out for Donnie's first few months living with the Hamatos where he's going to go through a lot of wack emotional states as he grieves leaving his mom and realizing that she wasn't good to him and one of them will be anger and during that time he's pretty much going to go all out in training and use that as an emotional outlet and during that time he's going to get fairly good at fighting.

hey who wants to look at the innards of the laptop i've been tasked with repairing and help me figure out whether i can safely unplug a ribbon cable that's blocking the connection i actually need to switch out for a new one

it's an acer aspire vx5-591g if that helps. or vx 15. idk why there's multiple model numbers. the hard drive replacement was simple enough but i've been connectionblocked here wksjaizhajzhaha

also here's the replacement i wanna put in there. ik it's not completely identical but it looks like it'll fit in the same spot without issue and it's not quite as high wattage so it wouldn't burn anything out so. yeehaw

this is such a specific pet peeve but the error message "slow charging, please use the cable provided with this device" drives me insaneeee like hello you are the device. give me numbers. tell me how many amps you want so i can buy whatever damn cable i would like to buy stop trying to force me to use your proprietary accessories by making it inconvenient to find information about the electronic devices that i myself purchased and now own

i dont know what happened but my computer kinda died? i managed to install the gpu again though, so i have it back!

But im curious if the animated video i did with photoshop might have been the problem? Do you guys know if that's a thing? Exporting videos kicking the gpu away or it was just a coincidence?
