MSN 12591 is a Douglas Dakota III, built as a C-47A-15-DK but immediately transferred to the Royal Air Force in 1944 and on to the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1946. She never entered service with the RCAF, instead being sold to Trans-Canada Air Lines and registered as CF-TEB. With them, she flew for 15 years, before the Canadian Government got her back. For another 15 years, she performed duties for the Department of Transportation as C-FDTH and was then reassigned to the Canadian Coast Guard. Back into the civilian world, Buffalo Airways acquired her in 1998 to serve as a parts source, albeit more pampered than her counterparts. Still maintaining their possession, 12591 was reregistered in 2011 as C-FBAE and continues her vigil in storage at their Red Deer facility. In 2023 the registration C-FBAE was applied to Buffalo's first jet aircraft, a Boeing 737-300.

A favourite piece of commentary
📍SD, TEB 2011
Best bit is when one of them says “as if he’s been (leading her) all his life”, like yeah no shit bro he HAS been!
Every time I think one of them doesn’t get the credit they deserve I immediately think ‘oh neither does the other one’. They are both as good as each other in that they do each of their respective jobs the best anyone could do them (as the commentators say here). In general neither of them get the credit they deserve both individually or as a team.

BPH Hisse Senedi Fonu yatırımcısına kazandırdı
https://pazaryerigundem.com/haber/179013/bph-hisse-senedi-fonu-yatirimcisina-kazandirdi/
BPH Hisse Senedi Fonu yatırımcısına kazandırdı
BNP Paribas Cardif Emeklilik’in BES fonları arasında yer alan BPH Hisse Senedi Fonu yatırımcısına son 5 yılda yüzde 2022 değer kazandırdı.

I really enjoy the way you write about VM. Please don't stop. At least not for a while yet! As a newish fan, can you tell me more about VM friendship with Max/Tati and Carolina and how it came to be? Are they close-ish amongst fellow skaters? I suppose skaters might tend to socialize with skaters doing other types of skating rather than with direct competitors but I am not sure how often their paths would cross other than shows? Unless you train at the same place.
I remember a few years back, and interview bit that related to VM and Patrick. IIRC, it was Tessa, talking about how it was nice to get to know Patrick better, as they were touring together, because it was really the only time they got to hang out together outside of ‘work’. At competitions, skaters are mostly too busy with their own skating to hang out, except for the gala practice and banquet (and probably partying after the comps have finished, LOL). Someone like Patrick would have also had some extra time because of Skate Canada events or sponsorship events.
For Max/Tati or Carolina, it would have been even fewer chances to hang out, though elite skating is a small world and most skaters of similar ages would have known each other since they were young. Obviously, as they began having the opportunities to tour more, their acquaintanceship would have grown, and into something very fond, I think. But how close everyone really is? Hard to say... I think that they probably enjoy each other’s company, when in each other’s company, but probably don’t make a point to socialize in person otherwise (social media is another aspect).
Start things off with a trilogy of Max and Scott, 2004-2019.
#edited because I forgot to add Max's post when I first edited this post LOL#after the link#just a quick one of Patrick with VM from circa 2004#but they've been in comps together since before then#then 2007 with Carolina#2011 TEB#2012 Worlds gala practice and gala#2013 gala practice#Artistry on Ice 2014#Art on Ice 2015 but off the ice#Ice Legends 2016#with the whole crew in one shot!#Worlds 2017 gala practice and gala#and then they've all seen each other since too

Hello! Since you’ve been following VM for a longer time, do you have any suggestions or playlists of their performances? I would love to see their evolution from young kids to successful olympians. Also, it would be nice if they did a documentary about them.
Hello! I also would love to see a documentary about their whole journey. That being said the CBC Roxanne documetary did a good job at capturing their prep for the 2017/18 season. There is also the tv show, but you have to take that whole thing with a grain of salt, a critical eye and a sense of humour.
As for recommendations, there are some links below the cut and for the 2014 onwards ones if you google it you'll find the best one available in your region. Depending on how much time you have, watching all these videos can easily kill a whole day. I would recommend watching at least one of each program and if you want a masterclass in pattern dances watch their CDs. If that's too much then here are my recommendations for hitting the best points of their competitive carrer with bolds being the ones you absolutely can't miss because the list was still very long:
1998 First competition | 2004 Canadians FD | 2005 Nationals FD | 2005 Junior Worlds Ex or 2006 Nationals Ex | 2006 Junior Worlds FD | 2007 Worlds OD | 2007 Worlds FD | 2008 Nationals FD | 2008 Worlds FD | 2009 Worlds FD | 2009 TEB Ex | 2010 Olympics CD | 2010 Olympics OD | 2010 Olympics FD | 2010 Olympics Ex | 2010 Worlds CD | 2011 Worlds SD | 2011 Worlds FD | 2012 Worlds SD | 2012 Worlds FD | 2012 Skate Canada FD | 2013 4CC SD | 2013 Worlds FD | 2014 GPF FD | 2014 Olympics SD | 2014 Olympics FD | 2014 Olympics Ex | 2016 Skate Canada RD | 2016 NHK FD | 2016 GPF RD | 2016 GPF FD | 2017 Nationals RD | 2017 Nationals FD | 2017 4CC FD | 2017 Worlds RD | 2017 Worlds FD | 2017 Skate Canada RD | 2017 GPF FD | 2018 Nationals RD | 2018 Nationals FD | 2018 Olympics RD | 2018 Olympics Team FD | 2018 Olympics RD | 2018 Olympics FD | 2018 Olympics Ex
Thankfully, the lovely @ohyeahvirtuemoirgifs made this amazing masterpost of all of Tessa and Scott's programs from 2003-2014. I did a quick check and all the links I tested still work! The quality for some of the older ones the quality is not great but the CBC recently uploaded their 2007 Worlds FD and 2008 Worlds FD in higher quality.
To add some content from pre-2003 that is not on that masterpost:
1998 - Their first competition ever
2000 - Ilderton skating show
2001 - Ilderton skating show (Grease (both), Tessa, Scott, Bows) and Pre-Novice National Championships
2002ish - Demonstrating a Pattern
2003 - JGP Slovakia OD, FD
If you want to watch through the evolution of Moulin Rouge I also found this post I made with links to all it's outings:
Post-2014 in the professional circuit they did so many shows and there are so many videos I can't link them all there but if you want to search them here are the program names (and the show if they're specific to a certain tour):
2014 - Top Hat and Tails, Into the Mystic, Try (Stars on Ice Canada)
2015 - How Will I Know, Good Kisser, Hip Hip Chin Chin (Stars on Ice Canada)
2016 - What's Love Got To Do With It, Sorry
2017 - Purple Rain
2018 - Long Time Running, Moulin Rouge, Shape of You (Stars on Ice Canada), Fields of Gold (Stars on Ice Canada), You Rock My World
There is also the 2018 Thank You Canada Tour and the 2019 Rock The RInk Tour which they produced and are worth watching in full!

1~40 the anime questions
. . . You asked for it, Teb.
Also, GIFs, because I can.
1: What is your #1 favorite anime?
My personal favorite anime, even surpassing FMAB on my list of “How much do I like it?”, is Problem Children are Coming from Another World, aren’t they? (Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?). I just really had a lot of fun watching it, and it holds a special place in my heart as what got me into anime to the EXTREME.
2: Has an anime ever made you cry?
You’d think so, since I’ve seen stuff like CLANNAD, GOSICK, and Anohana, but. . . nope. I’m heartless, aren’t I?
3: Which anime made you laugh the hardest?
It’s a three-way tie between The Devil is a Part-Timer! (Hataraku Maou-sama!), No Game No Life, and the previously mentioned Mondaiji. (That might show up several times over the course of this response, actually.)
4: If you could make a spin-off of any anime, what would it be?
Hmm, good question. Very good question indeed. . . I’ve never really thought about spin-offs that often, but maybe Tokyo Ravens?
5: List your top 5 anime's
Answered
6: List your top 5 anime OSTs
Same as above
7: Have you ever watched an entire anime in one sitting?
Nope, but I came close to it with the first season of New Game!
8: Who is your favorite anime character?
Is. . . is that even a necessary question for me?
9: Name an anime character you absolutely hate
I haven’t watched it yet, but I absolutely hate the guts out of Makoto Itou from School Days. F*cking *sshole. I know that he dies at the end of the anime, so that’s good.
Also, Syura from Akame ga Kill!. I’m happy Lubbock finished him off.
10: What is your favorite 'moe' anime?
Fate/Apocrypha is CLEARLY a moe anime! I mean, we have Frankie, Jackie, and if we’re counting traps, Astolfo!
I kid, I kid maybe. I’ve only watched a few anime that could be classified as “moe”, but if I had to choose, probably New Game!.
11: What is your favorite drama anime?
F*ckin’ FMAB, all the way.
12: What is your favorite romance anime?
I remember really liking the first season of The World God Only Knows (Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai), although I haven’t seen the second season, Tenri OVAs, or third season yet. I freaking LOVED OreGairu, though. I binged the entire first season in less than a day. (It wasn’t in one sitting, though.) Hachiman was like the most relatable main protagonist ever for me.
13: What is your favorite comedy anime?
Mondaiji.
14: What is your favorite action anime?
FMAB, Soul Eater, Hunter x Hunter (2011), and Fate/Zero.
15: What is your favorite harem anime?
Trinity Seven, dude. Or The Fruit of Grisaia (Grisaia no Kajitsu).
16: What is your favorite ecchi anime?
Probably No Game No Life, with Trinity Seven at second place.
17: What is your favorite mech anime?
The ONLY anime I’ve seen with giant mechas is Gurren Lagann, and that was a f*cking blast to watch, too.
18: What is your favorite drama anime?
It’s a freaking repeat question.
19: What is your favorite slice of life anime?
OreGairu or Hyouka.
20: What is your favorite adventure anime?
Log Horizon, probably. Also the necessary FMAB and Hunter x Hunter (2011) insert again. Also D.Gray-man. And Magi. And Arslan, and Digimon, and Yona of the Dawn, and--
21: What is the first anime you ever saw?
It’s time to D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-DUEL!!!!
22: You get to have a harem of [6] anime characters of your choice, who do you choose?
I mean, Frankie is the first character, obviously. Second would probably be Black Rabbit from Mondaiji. Third. . . Levi from Trinity Seven. Fourth, Yukino from OreGairu. Fifth will be Hifumi from Persona 5. (It’s getting an anime next year, and even if she doesn’t appear in it, I’m going to count her.) Sixth will be. . . either Emilia or Rem from Re:ZERO
Gods, who knew picking a harem was this hard?
23: What is the most times you've re-watched an anime?
I don’t know how many times I’ve seen Yu-Gi-Oh!.
24: Name [1] anime you wish everyone would watch
Mondaiji
25: What is an anime you regret watching?
CHAOS DRAGON
26: You get to have [1] anime character as your waifu/husbando in real life, who do you choose?
Do you even have to ask?
27: Which anime character are you most like?
Tenma from Tokyo Ravens, I feel like. It’s why I use him as a face-claim.
28: Do you watch a new anime because you think it will be good, or because its popular?
Honestly, sometimes it’s one, the other, both, or neither. I didn’t know what I expected when I first watched Mondaiji, for example, and here I am obsessing over it.
29: Has an anime's fanbase ever made you hesitant to watch an anime?
Attack on Titan kind of worried me for a bit. And I’m still hesitant AF to watch Yuri!!! on ICE.
30: How many anime episodes is 'ideal' for you?
I like anime that range from 1 to 4 cours long, particularly. There are always exceptions to my preference, though.
31: Have you ever watched an anime with over 23 episodes?
Tokyo Ravens was 24 episodes long. Checkmate.
32: If you could make a game for an anime of your choice, what would it be and why?
I would totally play the Elder Tale MMO from Log Horizon. No, seriously.
33: Would you ever watch an anime with over 100 episodes?
I’ve done it at least three times: D.Gray-man, Hunter x Hunter (2011), and Fairy Tail. I’m working on Gintama and Bleach, too.
34: Have you ever watched an anime only because you liked a specific character?
Not really.
35: Have you ever dropped an anime, if so why?
Nope. I’m freaking insane.
36: In your opinion, what makes a good anime?
Hmm, one that entertains, really?
37: Name a popular anime you love
My Hero Academia, for one.
38: Name a popular anime you hate
I didn’t really hate it, but The Future Diary (Mirai Nikki) was still pretty bad overall.
39: Is there an anime you wish was more popular?
Do
I
Even
Have
To
Say
It
40: Thoughts on live-action adaptations?
Although rare, there are occasions when they are actually decent. But they’re rare.

Do you know which season was the last for CD's? The wiki says 2010-11 had 2 compulsory dances assigned, but can't find a single program anywhere, and there's an interview with Scott Moir saying they were gone after 2010.
Although there is no set rule about when the ISU announces future patterns, there have been a number of times when the ISU has made their decisions and shared them publicly, a year or even a couple of years before the season in which the pattern is competed.
2010/2011 was one of the seasons that had been announced early, in terms of which compulsory dances would be competed.
(Remember, there used to be more than one compulsory dance competed each season, with the draw being done prior to the individual competition to determine which pattern would be done. Teams had to be practicing and ready to compete either one. For example, in 2009/2010, VM skated the Tango Romantica at Skate Canada International, Nationals, and the Olympics; they skated the Golden Waltz at TEB and Worlds. The GPF was excluded from compulsory dances.)
Of course, there were rumours and speculation that the CD would be scrapped at the end of that quad, and indeed the motion passed , so the dances that had been chosen for 2010/2011 (Ravensburger Waltz and Finnstep) were never to be. Because the short dance was a new concept, the ISU decided to use the Golden Waltz as their pattern for this hybrid, so that teams and judges could focus on the new requirements rather than perfecting another pattern.

Hey! I just want to say that I love your opinion on vms skating and was wondering what you think their best twizzles were/are. I personally loved their twizzles from their latin free dance and their twizzles from farrucas.
i really liked their twizzles in the sd at teb 2011 (i think?). tessa puts like this really awesome pop at the end that she never really did again. also the perfect mirroring arcs of their circular twizzles in their latin fd was great. like 10 teams have cribbed the circular twizzles since then and nobody has gotten their circle as flawless

It’s 2011-12 SD from TEB isn’t it?
i might make an unpopular choice with the performance i choose for the next poll result but i personally prefer an early season performance to the highest scoring one 🤷♀️
