yeah it’s real, but I’ve never heard of anyone actually eating it? it’s basically raw ground beef on bread with onions, and it probably started as a cheapo alternative to Steak Tartare

but obviously this is a terrible idea and you should never do it. (at least with ground beef)

Growing up in USA German culture in the 90s

Number 1 is going to the Swiss pork store with your grandma and getting a free cocktail frank.
