Come join me!!! As I put on my shoes this morning, I realized it's time to order a new pair. These shoes represent a lot of hard work. Some days have been easier than others. One thing that has stayed the same is the support I have gotten from my Beachbody family and other friends. Without this support, I would have lost steam a long time ago. I'd love to have some folks join me in this journey. Starting January 23rd, I will be facilitating a clean eating fitness group on IG and FB. It's only for those people who are ready to make changes, your current fitness level doesn't matter. Yesterday was a big day in my fitness journey. It marks the day that I hit the 15 pound mark. What's crazy, is that I actually have not been working out as aggressively as I was before but my nutrition has been very dialed in. The saying "you can't out work a bad eating habit" is so true and I hate to admit it. I still wish there was a magic pill but the truth is, it's about making the right food choices consistently on a daily basis. I'm still not where I want to be but at least I'm not where I was. This is so disgusting that I had to share. Today is a BIG day in my fitness journey. 10 pounds of FAT GONE!!!! This may not seem like a big accomplishment to done but for me it's huge. I have chosen to go slow and steady this go round and really focus on transforming my weight vs just lowering the number in the scale. Ground turkey/chicken sausage meatball. I just mixed the meats together with 2 eggs. Cooked at 400 deg x 20 mins. I flipped 10 mins into cooking. Ground turkey snd Sausage- from whole foods, nitrite and sugar free. I'm proudly ashamed to admit the my kids have never had twinkies. When we're on a road trip, the kids get something special that's not something they would ordinarily be allowed to eat.
