Reactions As I Read: ● I’ve read the UK-release version of this already, but I’ll skim through it again here ^_^

Synopsis: The Decepticon jets attack the English castle at Stansham and plant an underground probe before leaving. Not far away, Sammy Harker, the son of the castle's curator is playing in the woods when he comes face-to-face with Jazz. Terrified, he runs home, only to be followed by Jazz in his car mode.

Arriving home in shock, Sammy tells his tale, which makes his father think of the old legend of the Man of Iron. In the 11th Century, the Man of Iron, a giant metal man was seen in the vicinity of Stansham castle on three occasions. He did battle with an attacking force using a "javelin of flame" before disappearing again. Sammy's father then shows him a 900-year-old picture showing the Man of Iron, which Sammy thinks looks like the robot he saw.

That night, Sammy is troubled by strange dreams of robots and jet fighters. Unknown to him, his dreams echo reality as Mirage visits his house and steals the picture of the Man of Iron.

The following day, Sammy is intrigued to see a white Porsche parked outside his house. The Man of Iron picture is on the back seat. The door opens and Sammy gets inside, but as Sammy's mother comes out the door closes and Jazz drives off with Sammy.

so I finally set up Citra on my new laptop and started doing a casual nuzlocke of Pokemon X! my old 3DS broke several years ago and I never bothered to get a replacement so I haven't touched this game in AGES and everything is such a nostalgia trip omg. here's the post-viola teamshot (sicko mode is named as such because he almost wiped out my entire team when I was trying to catch him, and also because farfetch'd this early is unironically nuts, why does this man get aerial ace at level NINE?)

they used the have crimson days and my dad and i actually kicked ass when we did that cuz our communication was great (and i’m pretty sure we teamshot, we used to game in the same room lmao). kinda funny doing the valentine’s day event with ur dad but who care we had fun and the bow was great

Transformers: Headmasters #3: Love and Steel!

Synopsis: The city of Splendora is attacked by the Terrorcons, Apeface and Snapdragon, until the Technobots, Brainstorm and Highbrow arrive to turn the tide. Even when the Terrorcons merge into Abominus, they are defeated by the Technobots who merge into Computron. The battle ends with the Decepticons fleeing. When Hardhead and Brainstorm reveal that they are piloted by Nebulan counterparts, a member of the Nebulan Council of Peers demands to witness the Autobots in action in future missions to see if they are a benefit to Nebulos and able to deal with the Decepticon menace.

While at an industrial complex that has become the base of Scorponok and his Decepticons, Scorponok taunts Lord Zarak and forces his followers to be subject to their tests. They test out a new light weight polymer alloy. When Snapdragon and Apeface return to report their failure, Scorponok lashes out. However, Lord Zarak offers a solution: Having no love for Galen or the Autobots and wanting the Transformers off his home world he makes the Decepticons a deal: Use Zarak and his followers to become Headmasters themselves. Scorponok warns Zarak that to be binary bonded to him could twist him to become just as tyrannical as Scorponok.

At the base of Galen and his followers, they are busy examining the weapons left behind by the Autobots when they are visited by the Council of Peers who insist on watching them in action next. When Llyra enters the room she delivers Galen a message from her father begging the Autobots to come and rescue them. Galen and the other Nebulans bond to the Autobot Headmasters and rush to the scene. There to their surprise they find that Lord Zarak and his followers have been converted into Headmasters as well.

As the battle rages on, the Council's hover ship is shot out of the sky, and it's passengers are put under the hypnotic control of Mindwipe who lures them all into the industrial complex and seals them in polymer spheres, and lets them loose into the sky. Although Scorponok falters when he see's Zarak's daughter he allows them to serve their purpose: To distract the Autobots long enough to ambush them. After Fortress Maximus and the other Autobots get the humans to safety, they are all gunned down by the Decepticons. Defeated all the Autobots Headmasters disengage from their Autobot bodies and revert to human form knocked out from the assault. Figuring her father a hero, Llyra is glad that she saved him from the Autobots.

...Wait, there’s 6 more posts of content I could make from this because I didn’t save while in the Elite Four rooms and did it all at once? Uh-uh, I’m processing the rest of this data at a later date.  My stomach is already tied up with knots, aaa.  Whether they’ll go up Wednesday or Thursday Morning, I dunno.  Wait in anticipation for the Teddy fight, I guess!

Anyway, just a bit more talking under the cut, including a teamshot, because of course they had to level, heh!

“Mega Pokemon versus your method of the Small fighting unfairly... I wonder who will win,” Lance muttered under his breath. 'Hmm, Mega Pokemon...’ Cersei thought, having heard the man.

“Thank you, Professor,” Samus nodded.

“You seem much nicer compared to Lance!” Metroid smiled. “Kite, don’t talk to them!” Lance hissed at the dragon, pulling him aside. (All the trainer nicknames I’ve made up were on a whim [Giovanni’s Persian/Annalise], or based on what they do in the team [Lorelei’s Dewgong/Auroreus and Bruno’s Hitmonchan/Countermost], so it was fun to add one more random trainer-’mon nickname based on something else: what it says!)

BTW, everyone got Level 61 in Lance’s battle, lol. I checked beforehand and everyone was really close, except for Dashing, who had needed 8k EXP.  He clearly got that 8k, though!
