This may seem like just another one of my fruit and nut breads, but looks can be deceiving 🙂 A couple of firsts for me here: • First time doing a pecan + raisin loaf. The inspiration came from a post by @danthebaker from a couple of days ago. I did not dare put more fruits+nuts then flour on the first try, but will keep uping the % 🙂 • First time changing my baking routine with the Rofco after a long while. Huge thanks to @season_adam for the info!! The result is exactly as promised, a thin, crackly crust that I just couldn't get until now.
