How Pocahontas 2 would have and should have gone if Disney hadn’t butchered Pocahontas and John smiths personalities

1. Pocahontas wouldn’t have burried John smiths compass. Even if she accepted he was truly dead she would never forget the man she was literally going to die for and wouldn’t bury his compass it just didn’t make any sense

2. Pocahontas wouldn’t like Rolfe romantically at all. Now before anyone comes at me and says “your just saying that because your team John smith” no this is my genuine opinion for one thing and two in the first movie Pocahontas chose John smith over kocoum because kocoum was way too strict and serious while John was more easygoing cheerful and goofy so her choosing John smith in the first movie then dumping him for a guy whose even more serious strict and bland than kocoum for one doesn’t make sense and two shows how out of character she is.

3. When Pocahontas and John reunite she would have been so happy to see him. I mean she was almost in tears when he had to leave at the end of the first movie she would have been so happy and in tears finding out he’s alive

4. Pocahontas definitely would have been more than understanding when he told her he had to go into hiding and couldn’t even send a letter. I mean come on if he wrote a letter to her explaining that he was alive and well he not only would have put Pocahontas at risk but also her people and he clearly isn’t going to endanger the woman he loves along with her people

5. When Pocahontas decides to go back to see the king John smith definitely would have supported her 1000000% after all a king always has his queens back😉 and Rolfe would have gone off on how it wouldn’t work given he’s a cowardly pussy pacifist

6. And most important of all Pocahontas chooses John smith in the end and tells Rolfe to go fuck himself and everyone’s happy

I’m genuinely confused/concerned when someone says John smith is ugly. I mean the guy looks like the animated version of chris hemsworth and anyone with taste, functioning eyesight and functioning brain cells knows that Chris Hemsworth is most definitely not ugly. Ok I’m genuinely confused on how or why these dump Rolfe shippers seem to think John smith is such a toxic evil selfish monster. Like if you prefer Rolfe over smith that’s your opinion (albeit a stupid opinion to say the least) but acting like smith is such a toxic monster while Rolfe was such an angel is not only stupid and unreasonable it’s also wrong. The funny thing is everyone who I’ve seen that’s team smith acknowledges John smith calling Pocahontas and her people savages and don’t try to make excuses for it but all these dump Rolfe shippers have no problem using that as a reason to act like smith is such a monster (again I’m definitely not excusing what he did) but completely ignore the fact that Rolfe was way worse than smith was, like Rolfe was super sexist and against Pocahontas even going to England because she was a woman, I’m sorry but you can’t be mad at one and not the other. Like I’m not saying this as someone who prefers smith over Rolfe but the worst thing that smith does is call her people savages and I’m definitely not excusing it for one thing but once he realizes how wrong it is and how toxic his views were he immediately changes for one thing and never calls her or her people savages again so I’m not excusing John smith calling her people savages but if that’s the worst thing he does I’d say that’s something you can get past. Now let’s take a look at how Rolfe treats Pocahontas compared to smith in the first movie (I’m not doing smiths personality from the sequel because he was out of character so that’s not even a remotely fair comparison) when she and Rolfe first meet he is super sexist toward her and complains how she acts like a typical woman and is completely against her going to england simply because shes a woman. yeah so kind 🙄🙄 when they arrive he for one tries to change her to fit his idea of beauty and only falls for her when she dresses like an english woman. that is not only super toxic but also a major red flag. like imagine if jasmine tried to get aladdin to act like a prince 24/7 or if prince charming made cinderella dress like a princess 24/7 and acted like it was a bad thing that she used to be a commoner. Then when pocahontas is about to be executed john smith immediately jumps on his horse to rescue her while rolfe is moping around sitting on his ass not even trying to rescue her. yeah smith is so toxic while rolfe cares about her no matter what 🙄🙄 so basically in conclusion john rolfe is the toxic selfish monster his stupid fans make john smith out to be and pocahontas and john rolfe are a toxic ship no one should root for and pocahontas and john smith are a beautiful healthy ship
