I just finished TBOEA and i’m so… AGHHHHHHHHH. LIKE THE PLOT TWIST ATE UP. BUT ALSO LIKE APOLLO PLS LEAVE. I REALLY HOPE APOLLO IS NOT CANON. TEAM JACKS ALL THE WAY. I FEEL OT IN MY BONES AND SOUL THAT JACKS HAS TO BE CANON. IF HES NOT I WILL DIE AND STOP BEING HAPPY.

hahaha deffo a piece of my feels for Jack. They both were rattling off fairly valid reasons trying to gaslight the other but idk. I empathize with both.

So….a lot emotions and adventures!

If I was falling in love with Evangeline and Jacks now I love them. They have such good chemistry and good conversations (also funny moments), but there’s one thing that bothered me about them. Their development was being amazing and slowly, however, I feel that the author was rushing a lot in the end of the second book.

About the plot twists, they’re pretty weak…unfortunately. It’s a lot things that if you paid attention even on the cover book you can catch a lot. The second book was giving a LOT of informations and stuff, so everything was rushed and not surprising (for me, it’s just a personal opinion).

I feel like there was a of boring moments and sometimes I feel the lost in the storyline, and then, when things finally back to the normal, things is rushed to finally open the Valor thing (English isn’t my first language so I don’t know the name in the original book ooop sorry).

I feel sad because Jacks is such a lovely and sweet person. I know, he was totally an idiot sometimes (every time) with her but it was to protect her! He’s just a boy in looove.

I also have this feeling that the book was written fast because Jacks only had one goal, that was going back to the past and change it so he could be with his lover. But, suddenly, for a couple weeks he changed his mind for a girl that he was only using (maybe in the beginning but now he really cares and wants her). It just didn’t make sense to me.

I have this feeling that no one cares about our beloved Evangeline, the poor girl was being cheated on whole time by her friends, so sad. Big hugs for Apollo, he’s cute but a huge NO! #TeamJacks

Besides these, I really enjoyed the continuity. I’m excited to read the final book and I already want the physical books, posters, stickers and more!
