Yep, that's a pillow that the driver is using to add support(?) to their headrest. Obviously #TeamClearCoatNotApproved and unsafe to boot, bad visibility and adding to the likelihood of falling asleep behind the wheel. Maybe this person has some health issues, and if that's the case I feel bad, but there has to be an alternative to driving with a pillow.
