Teaching Profession - Most Of My Teachers Are Brainless And Knowledgeless. If Majority Of The Students In The Class Are Getting Less Marks And Many People Are Failing In Exams Only Because Of My Teachers. My Collage Recruits Teachers With Less Knowledge. If My Collage Recruits Teachers With High Percentage Of Knowledge, College Have To Pay Big Number Of Money. Because Of Less Knowledge Teachers The Students Are Not Able To Put Their Interest On The Subject,In Simple Words These Less Knowledged Teachers Are Unable To Create Interest In The Students Heads. Check out, Powerless  If The Student Is Not Interested In Listening To The Teachers Subject,It Is Impossible To Understand The Concepts And It Is Impossible To Get Knowledge About The Subject.

The Base Here Is The Collage,Collage Is Spending Less Money On Teachers And Making Students Knowledgeless. I Know That Collage Is Doing Bussiness, I Know That Collage Is Bussiness. But You Have To Give Quality Product If The Customer Is Paying You Enough Money. But Collage Are Failing In Giving Quality Products To The Customers. The Reason Behind The Knowledgless Students In The Country Is Because Of The Teachers Collage's Recruting. Check Out, Thought On Respect  I Feel Very Sad For The Knowledge My Teachers Have, I Dont Know How Many Students Are Going To Waste Their Time In Sitting Their Class. It Is Very Important For Student To Ask Teachers Too Many Questions To The Teachers Regarding The Subject, The Questioning Is The Only Way With Which You Gain Knowledge. Teachers Have To Know The Subject Teachers Need To Know The Subject Teachers Have To Spend More Time In Getting Knowledge About The Subject They Teach And Teachers Have To Create Interest In Every Student's Brains With Their Teaching. It Is Teachers Responsibility If The Student Is Unable To Put His Head On The Subject.

If The Teachers Are Failing In Create Interest In The Students Brains, It Is Confirm That Teachers Are Unfit For The Job And Collage Should Throw Out Teachers From The Collage So That Students Will Save Their ime And Energy By Not Listening To The Teachers Who Are Unable To Create Interest In Their Heads.
