zed teaching kayn about ionian culture though.... habits and norms and traditions and behaviors and stories and values because he'd not have known anything before?? teaching him about the land and to connect to ionia and respect her... i'm just thinking about how there's violence, definitely, kayn mastered every weapon and was raised to be a skilled assassin, but i said it before, it doesn't make sense to me he wouldn't also have been taught to care for ionia considering zed wants him to be the next leader of the yanlei. kayn is his son and he was raised as an ionian thanks for coming to my ted talk
