#letters to emily#had to modify an article of formal clothing since i have... well i weigh the same but i have exchanged fat for muscle#so i had to take it in quite a bit. (now it fits me very well tho. i am proud.)#however. i made the mistake of telling my aunt that i had to take this shirt in and now *everyone* is getting to hear#about how ive “slimmed down” and “isnt that amazing” and all that#shes not being particularly fatphobic about it?#and i dont care about my weight all that much (as long as my body does what i tell it to im content)?#but like. thats *weird* right. that i dont get to decide if i want to brag about it.#thats weird isnt it? someone tell me im not crazy for not wanting to brag / someone to brag for me about how ive lost weight#(also. i havent lost weight. i weigh literally the same. i just have more muscle now 🙄)#whatever.#tdlr: is it weird for me to want poeple to stop talking about my weight
