CHÍNH SÁCH BẢO HÀNH HÃNG XE MG

Tất cả các xe MG mua mới đều sẽ có chế độ bảo hành trong khoản thời gian nhất định bên cạnh các dịch vụ sửa chửa xe khi cần thiết. Thông tin chi tiết về chế độ bảo hành như phía dưới.

Phạm vi áp dụng

Áp dụng đối với các xe MG được phân phối bởi TC Services Việt Nam, đã được đăng ký lưu hành và đang hoạt động trong lãnh thổ Việt Nam.

Áp dụng cho các chủ sở hữu tiếp theo nếu xe còn trong điều kiện bảo hành.

Thời gian bảo hành

Sau khi, xe giao cho khách hàng được bảo hành trong một khoảng thời gian được chỉ định hoặc số km cụ thể tùy theo điều kiện nào đến trước. Thời hạn bảo hành sẽ bắt đầu từ ngày chiếc xe được giao cho khách hàng hoặc khi đưa vào sử dụng lần đầu đối với xe được làm xe lái thử hoặc xe công ty của đại lý.

Đối với xe chở khách: 60 tháng và không giới hạn số km; Xe kinh doanh dịch vụ vận tải: 36 tháng hoặc 100.000 km (tùy theo điều kiện nào đến trước)

Đối với phụ tùng chính hãng xe MG: bảo hành 1 năm hoặc 20,000 km (tùy theo điều kiện nào đến trước)

Các chi tiết được bảo hành

Thay thế cụm chi tiết: Chính sách bảo hành cơ bản được giới hạn trong việc sửa chữa hoặc thay thế các phụ tùng được tìm thấy bị lỗi. Khi một phụ tùng cấu thành của cụm chi tiết bị phát hiện là có lỗi và phụ tùng đó có sẵn, việc thay thế toàn bộ cụm chi tiết không được bảo hành. Thay thế cụm chi tiết chỉ được phép khi các phụ tùng của cụm chi tiết không thể được sửa chữa hoặc thay thế vì lý do an toàn hoặc lý do khác, hoặc hư hỏng nghiêm trọng và thay thế cụm chi tiết là kinh tế hơn so với sửa chữa hoặc thay thế các phụ tùng bị hư hỏng.

Sơn: Việc bảo hành bao gồm cả việc sửa chữa các lỗi sơn, và thời gian bảo hành giống như thời gian bảo hành xe. Tuy nhiên, Đại lý có trách nhiệm với các khiếm khuyết nhỏ trong lớp hoàn thiện sơn như một phần của dịch vụ PDI. Các vết trầy xước nhỏ, lỗi sơn hoặc các khuyết tật bề mặt khác của sơn có thể được khắc phục bằng cách đánh bóng, chà nhám nhẹ không được coi là khuyết điểm để có thể yêu cầu bảo hành.

Vật tư dịch vụ: Các mặt hàng như dầu mỡ, nước làm mát, dầu hộp số, dầu thủy lực và môi chất làm lạnh chỉ được bảo hành khi chúng cần được sử dụng để thực hiện bảo hành hoặc trong chiến dịch. Nói cách khác, việc thêm hoặc thay thế các vật tư cần thiết cho dịch vụ bảo dưỡng thông thường và trong quá trình sử dụng xe không được bảo hành.

Các chi tiết hãng xe không bảo hành

1. Dịch vụ bảo dưỡng thông thường như Vệ sinh hệ thống nhiên liệu, Cân chỉnh độ đảo bánh xe, Vệ sinh và phục hồi công suất động cơ, Kiểm tra và điều chỉnh phanh, Điều chỉnh ly hợp, Việc thay thế các phụ tùng tiêu hao (Một số hạng mục trên sẽ được bảo hành với điều kiện riêng biệt được ghi trong cuốn Sổ bảo hành và Theo dõi bảo dưỡng)

2. Các hạng mục bị ảnh hưởng bởi sự hao mòn, tiếp xúc: Các vật trang trí mềm và trang trí nội thất, Các phụ tùng mạ, cản và ốp trang trí, Lưỡi gạt cần gạt mưa, Má phanh hoặc guốc phanh, phanh đĩa hoặc phanh tang trống, Đĩa ly hợp, Giảm xóc, Vật liệu cao su như là ống, dây đai.

3. Thiệt hại do môi trường: Hư hỏng xe do bụi công nghiệp, hóa chất hoặc bụi phóng xạ trong không khí, muối, nhựa cây, phấn hoa, cát, tóc, gió bão, ánh sáng hoặc các điều kiện môi trường khác không được bảo hành.

4. Hư hỏng do sử dụng không phù hợp: Bất kỳ thiệt hại hoặc lỗi do việc sử dụng không đúng cách như Xử lý và vận hành xe trái với hướng dẫn trong Hướng dẫn sử dụng, Thiếu việc thực hiện dịch vụ bảo dưỡng phù hợp, Sử dụng xe trong các cuộc đua, cuộc biểu tình và các sự kiện cạnh tranh khác, Sử dụng nhiên liệu, dầu bôi trơn, chất lỏng…không phù hợp hoặc bẩn, Quá tải, Sử dụng để off -road, Thiệt hại được tuyên bố muộn gây ra sự gia tăng thiệt hại hoặc gây ra thiệt hại thêm hoặc kéo theo cho chiếc xe do sửa chữa chậm trễ.

5. Thiệt hại do vận chuyển: Bất kỳ thiệt hại hoặc tổn thất phát sinh trong quá trình vận chuyển tới đại lý sẽ không được bảo hành.

6. Phụ tùng không chính hãng: Bất kỳ thiệt hại hoặc giảm hiệu suất và/hoặc độ tin cậy của xe do việc sử dụng các phụ tùng không chính hãng đều không được bảo hành.

7. Thay đổi chỉ số đồng hồ công tơ mét: Sẽ không có bảo hành nào được cung cấp cho các phương tiện mà số km của đồng hồ đo đã bị thay đổi và số km thực tế không thể xác định.

8. Chi phí sự cố do lỗi của vật liệu hoặc tay nghề của bất kỳ phụ tùng nào của xe không được bảo hành, bao gồm: Chi phí điện thoại, Chi phí thuê xe, Chi phí kéo xe, Chi phí đi lại, ăn ở hoặc ăn uống, Mất mát hoặc hư hỏng tài sản cá nhân, Mất thời gian, mất mát kinh doanh và thương mại, Bồi thường cho sự bất tiện cho khách hàng.

9. Những sự cố rất nhỏ gây ra bởi lỗi về vật liệu và tay nghề, và/hoặc giống như những khó khăn, chỉ xảy ra trong hoạt động rất đặc biệt.

10. Rắc rối do sửa chữa tại Đại lý không được TCSV ủy quyền.

11. Chiến dịch sản phẩm: Khi tiến hành sửa chữa (Chiến dịch sản phẩm) để khắc phục sự cố hoặc hư hỏng bất ngờ của các phụ tùng cụ thể, trong trường hợp sự cố hoặc hư hỏng xảy ra do thiếu hoặc không sửa chữa (Chiến dịch sản phẩm) trong thời gian áp dụng, sẽ không được chấp nhận làm bảo hành.

12. Các ngoại trừ chung: Các hư hỏng đối với xe hay các phụ tùng xe do các nguyên nhân tai nạn, trộm cắp, hỏa hoạn, sửa đổi, thay thế, sự xáo trộn, chiến tranh, thiên tai (động đất, lũ lụt, lốc xoáy,…) sẽ không thuộc trách nhiệm bảo hành.
