Behind the Screen
-> TW: Mentions of blood, mentions of war.
-> tags: Fluff, Crossover fic ("The Bonds that Tie Us" and "Two Sides of The Same Coin"), Existential crisis (?), Fourth wall breaking constantly, Character becomes sentient??, Angst WITH comfort, Meta (maybe)
-> A/N: This is a crossover fic between my two universes. The characters find out they're not real, while staying in Aqua's interdimensional living room. Also, no I'm not 8 years old. But I did have Crystal and the rest of TBTTU since I was 8. So yeah. Me reference.
Crystal looked at the little girl on the screen. She was so young. How could such a sweet little thing be the reason for all of Crystal's suffering. She remembered the nights where it was painful to even look at her hands, with the blood of the innocent (Phillipines) tainting them, and her heart ached. Now she learns that all of the killing and the bloodshed and the endless war was meaningless, crafted for entertainment, crafted by a little girl.
While Crystal was busy staring at the screen, Phillipines's full attention was on Crystal. It was odd, seeing Crystal so quiet. He preferred Crystal being loud and bursting with energy in everything she does, like she usually was. The quietness disturbed him, it worried him deeply. At least when she was trying to cut his head off, her passion was still there, burning bright like a beautiful blaze.
The chilling silence was broken by Crystal. "She's…young", Crystal says. "Indeed", Aqua replied. "If I'm not mistaken, Author is currently eight years old." That was indeed quite young, quite so very young.
Aqua looked at Crystal pitifully. It was a very complicated matter, after all. Bargaining with the author is possible, but she hardly ever changes Canon. This universe could have a peaceful ending, but the multiverse at large will continue as usual, bloody war and all. Aqua struggled explaining all this to someone who just learned she was a character from a book. Just kidding. Aqua never struggles.
"Basically, yeah. It's possible. Pretty easy, even. However---
Aqua was unable to finish his sentence because he was rudely interrupted by Crystal grabbing his arms and jumping up and down. "That's wonderful", Crystal says, giving Aqua a bone-crushing hug. "How do we do it? How do we bargain with her??"
Crystal fell down, flat on the floor, for Aqua had poofed out of her embrace. "As I was saying", Aqua said, reappering behind Tsutsi's back (for protection), "it'll only happen in this world. The other Crystals in the other worlds will still be forced to fight itty bitty Phillipines." Everyone in the room (?) looked confused. Aqua shrugged. "Multiverse stuff."
Crystal pondered on this. If she were to do this, only she would be happy, free from her chains. The other Crystals would still be forced to fight. But on the other hand, how could she pass up the opportunity to end it all. She'd do anything to escape from this burden placed upon her (as long as it didn't harm others). But doesn't this still harm others? Aren't her other selves hurting? Crystal's head was beginning to ache from all these complicated thoughts.
Seeing this, Phillipines spoke up. "If I understand correctly," he began, "you are saying there is a way for the Light Blue and Dark Red to live in peace?"
Aqua nods, stating that it has actually happened a couple of times.
"And no matter what we do, whether we choose peace in this world or not, it would not change the fate of these other Crystals?" Phillipines clarified this for one reason, to strike a peace between the Light Blue (him) and the Dark Red (Crystal). In all honesty, he was tired of constantly parrying Crystal's blows. But for some reason, Aqua interpreted this as Phillipines flirting, giving Phillipines a supportive thumbs up and wink.
"I would like to bargain with the author, for peace," said Crystal and Phillipines at the same time. Everyone looked at them, shocked. It was no surprise to Aqua though, because they were made to be (literally).
"I-if we were to stop this generational war, we should probably work together or something." Phillipines said, though his voice was squeakier than usual. Crystal looked at Phillipines's outstreached hand and, after a moment of hesitation, grasps it tightly. "Alright", she says, her voice filled with determination. Crystal looks at Aqua. "What does the author want?"
"Marriage." Said Aqua. The whole room froze.
Everyone suddenly felt a bit colder, many of them rubbing their arms awkwardly. "Marriage", someone repeats, from the back of the room, but it felt like more of a question. "Yep!" Aqua replied, "Between these two." Aqua pointed at Phillipines and Crystal. Phillipines refused to look Crystal in the eye.
Aqua continued, defending himself from Phillipines judgemental gaze. "It's true", whined Aqua. "There are many universes where you guys are arranged married to stop the war." This was an exaggeration, of course, for there was only one universe (or was it five) that this event happened. But Aqua is very dramatic.
Phillipines looked at Crystal. Did he feel a little guilty? Maybe. Was he semi-sure this is just another ruse of Aqua's to get him and Crystal together? Yes. But in the off-chance that what Aqua said was true, would he be willing to take that chance?
Crystal spoke, interrupting his train of thought. "Let's do it then. I'll do what I must." Then, she kissed him. She kissed Phillipines. On the lips. HOLY MACARONI, I JUST GOT KISSED--
Aqua appeared behind them, and pronounced them husband and wife. Crystal held her husband's(!?) hand gently, saying that she'll do her best. Phillipines is hardly processing what is happening. Kalatsutsi is also very confused (her sister just kissed her crush + best friend), but she's resigned to it, for peace. All in all, a very happily ever after.
The End.
"Hey! What about us!?" shouted Julian. He grabbed Aqua (who was just very nicely narrating the end of the story) and shaked him over and over again. "We're still stuck in this weird other-world place. Bring us home! You DO NOT get to end this story without bringing me back home to my castle and my wife-fiancee. HEY LISTEN TO ME!! I demand you, heathen--
And then the scene fades to black. Because it does. And the story ends. Screw you, Julian.

🌹!!
To be honest, i just reblogged it so I could send a rose to OP. But also, on the other hand, this is the first non-scam ask I had in weeks! So, here you go!
"If you were given the ability to alter history, to save thousands from tragedy, would you take it? Aqua's answer was a solid no. After all, it wouldn't change anything at all."

Phillipines
-I already said his in-game lore a long time ago, so let's focus on the character's origins and how I made him
-So you might not know this, but Phillipines (the horse plushie with the USA flag on its butt) was the first of the 4 that I owned (crystal is pink horse with anime eyes, Aqua is white dog with blue paws and eyes, Kalatsutsi is a multi-colored fat cat whom my sister owns)
-I got Phillipines at the ripe age of 4 (and I rode him until i grew too big)
--His first appearance was in a story i made. So, he was the sensible older brother of Naf (unicorn toy I got), who was the rebellious younger brother who had a crush on Elsa (my sister named her, and she was 5, and its just the same unicorn toy design cause they in't want us to get jealous of the other's christmas gifts). Elsa, however, had a crush on Phillipines.
--When I got Crystal (technically, it's sister's toy), I changed the story a bit. Now it was Spike (jock boy) and Phillip (nerd/softboy), Crystal (sweet but very popular) and Olivia (Smart nerd girl). And so Spike likes Olivia, while Olivia likes Phillip, and Phillip likes Crystal, while Crystal likes Spike. So it's like a love square/love circle. The funny thing is, i only have 2 horse pony toys, so I made Phillipines and Crystal play both roles.
--Then, we got "The Bonds That Tie Us". The story that is canon today. However, there were a lot of scrapped ideas that, over the years, I realized was toxic and I took it off
--Originally, the light blue had an aura of kindness an goodness, which made people like them and not realize that Phillipines is a jerkwad. The Dark Red have this murderous aura of evil, despite Crystal being the sweetest muffin in the world, and everyone just hates her. There wasn't any war in the original version. However, the auras cancel each other out. Crystal sees Phillipines actions and grow to detest him, while Phillipines sees how Crystal is treated and defends her.
--Then, there's the one that you're more familiar with(war and all). Except, Kalatsutsi actively hates Crystal and Crystal loves her so much and Crystal can't understand why everyone hates her and decides to blame Phillipines and kill him over and over and over again
HELLO 👋. Hope school treated you nicely! Also do you know "Our Life"? ALSO me and sis watched ninjago yesterday. Do you know ninjago? What were your childhood shows? Do you prefer it episodic or long arching lore backstory thing.
Anyways, I've come here to do my part of the deal (for real this time) featuring my OCs. (Btw Julian and Peter come from a different book/universe separate from Phillipines and the rest) (Also yes I know, Phillipines is a weird name for an OC since that's a country, but in my defense, I was 5 and he had a little USA flag on his pony toy butt and i didn’t know other countries beside my own)
Now let us begin~
"To Sever The Bonds"
Crystal looked at the little girl on the screen. She was so young. How could such a sweet little thing be the reason for all of Crystal's suffering. She remembered the nights where it was painful to even look at her hands, with the blood of the innocent (Phillipines) tainting them, and her heart ached. "Is she a good girl?", Crystal asked, her glossy eyes meeting Aqua's. "Yeah!", Aqua replied, "She's a very good girl, always helping her mama and papa. And very Godly too!" (Aqua was definitely not bribed to say that. He was definitely not given a limited edition Kalatsutsi poster, okay? No more questions.)
Crystal looked at Aqua, hesitant but hopeful. It was obvious now that she had been crying, with glass-like tears trailing down her pretty face. She looked at him, her eyes filled with desperation."Do you think", she began, "do you think she (the author) could change all of this? Do you think I could somehow bargain with her for an end to all these bloodshed?"
Aqua looked at Crystal pitifully. It was a very complicated matter, after all. Bargaining with the author is possible, but she hardly ever changes Canon. This universe could have a peaceful ending, but the multiverse at large will continue as usual, bloody war and all. (I'd like to know your opinions on these characters. Like little headcanons you have of them. That would be nice)
OMG SO WAIT THATS ACTUALLY SO COOL, SO- OKAY HERE GOES
Aqua
I think hes like omnipotent right? To be able to communicate with the author (which is a SICK IDEA IN FACT (GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE BECAUSE… well… YOU’LL SEE!))
THIS GUY IS ACTUALLY A MENACE dude I imagine his face to just look like 😼 WHEN HE GOT PHILLIPINES AND CRYSTAL TOGETHER
Bro is doing ANYTHING to get these two people together… ID WANT HIM AS MY WINGMAN BRO 😭
“Yo aqua how many universes do I get married with my crushy wushy in 😩😫”
Aqua: “Wait just one moment… Oh, how unfortunate, woe is me! There are none, my dear.”
“OH HELL NAH ‼️‼️😡😡😡”
DUDE AQUA KINDA REMINDS ME OF CROWLEY… Not like entirely of course! But the amount of power he has to be able to know this stuff, and since he gives off like a mysterious vibe to me… He is kinda crowley like! I guess it also comes from the like- he is kinda nonchalant! He seems like the type of person to look happy and unassuming, but does have some interior motives. So actually maybe a bit more like Jade! But definitely a touch more enthusiastic! That was my impression of him anyway!
WAIT ALSO DOES AQUA HAVE A CRUSH ON KALATSUTSI OR IS SHE JUST HIS FAV CHARACTER OR SOMETHING OR OR IS SHE LIKE HIS SIDEKICK WAIT WIAG IMA DO A WHOLE ONE ON HER I do feel bad for her tho… imagine ur sister marrying your crush, and you cant even feel sad abt it bec it was for the good of humanity :( I WANT MORE KALATSUTSI!!!! OMG PLSPLSPLSPLS EXPAND ON HER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CRYSTAL AND PHILLIPINES
Crystal
OMG SHE IS SO NICE AND CARING. She literally gives like… a Deuce maybe! BUT NOT STUPID. Like she’s dedicated, and she does what she needs to do in order to have a better life for her and her friends! Kinda like Gon I think!
OMG LIKE SHE REALIZED SHE WAS A CHARACTER FROM A BOOK, BUT SHE DOESN’T BLAME THE AUTHOR BECAUSE OF IT. She is so empathetic! (Something most twst boys lack)
I wonder what happens when she turns angry, or someone hurts her friends or something. Like can she easily compose herself or is she more prone to explode under extreme pressure like that? And i mean when it’s like, the event that happened was deliberate and intentional (not like this because the Author didn’t know her characters were ‘real’ so to say). How would she react?
OMG I JUST WENT BACK AND SAW THAT HER AND PHILLIPINE ARE RIVALS?!? Light Blue and Dark Red right?!?! I’m pretty sure, correct me if I’m wrong, none of them really want to fight each other. Like Phillipine doesn’t want to fight her, and Crystal just wishes to end the blooshed from the generational war, so is someone or something forcing them to fight? Perhaps they were two people on different sides of the war, and they were forced to be rivals, even though they both ultimately want the same thing? OMG SO LIKE A PARALLEL? Like they both want to achieve the same goal, but through different means? I don’t know much about Phillipine’s character yet, BUT I AM SO INTRIGUED LIKE ACTUALLY THO PLSLSLSLSLSLSL I’M ACTING LIKE A VICTORIAN MAN SEEING ANKLES FOR THE FIRST TIME. Wait so how does each side of the war operate differently, like in terms of world building? BUT OMG I JUST REALIZED CRYSTAL IS DARK RED, THE COLOR OF BLOOD, BUT SHE DOESN’t WANT BLOODSHED. IS IT LIKE- She and Phillipine are two people on the wrong side of the war? This is totally speculation, but maybe Phillipine is more anchored to ‘end the war no matter the cost or casualities’ and Crystal is like ‘end the war without bloodshed’.
Also, are there any character flaws that affect her throughout the story? OH YEAH AND ✨backstory stuff✨ I WANNA KNOW ALL THE DEETS
I do love crystals character!!!! I cant wait to see lore about her!!! IM ACTUALLY SO CURIOUS FOR UR OCS OMGMGMG
Phillipine
LOL WE GOT THE AWKWARD MALE LEAD UP HERE!
I kinda included a lot for Phillipine in Crystals
PLSPSLPLS GIVE ME MORE PHILLIPINE BACKSTORY
THe deeper I’m diving into your characters the more I want to know omg
Kalatsutsi
MY SHAYLAAAAA MY SHAYLAA 😩😩😫😫😫😭😭😭😭😭
So Aqua hid behind her back for protection, that means they are either pretty close, or Kalatsutsi owes something to him that makes her subservient to him in a way. Either way, Kalatsutsi has to be PRETTY STRONG if an omnipresent overseer is hiding behind her for protection, so theres that
Obviously Kalatsutsi has some connection to Phillipine, and she also has a limited edition poster (this is either from the real world or from their world, ill come back to this). The oddity here (which is a good thing bc now I can theorize) Is that Kalatsutsi is from the Dark Red side with Crystal because they are sisters (unless they were separated at birth or just separated in general, then different story but same rule applies), for Kalatsutsi to meet Phillipine, it would have to be through a clash between the Light Blue forces, and the Dark Red forces. However, I feel like for her to develop a crush on him, she would have to get to know him and trust him a LOT (because since they live in a military setting, death is a major concern. Strength plays a large part because obviously you wouldnt want your spouse to die. Also trust issues because of so much death and trauma). She would have to develop a crush on him through prolonged contact in some way, maybe there is an arc featuring the two or three of them (Crystal), or maybe… and this is just a theory… Kalatsutsi has secret relations with the Light Blue side. Now I dont have more than that! BUT IM JUST SPECULATING LMAO
IDK I ALSO HAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT SHE IS THIS REALLY STRONG TOUGH AND REASONABLE WARRIOR like an actually girlboss
Next up, going back to Kalatsutsi and Aqua, I wonder if Kalatsutsi had some encounter with him and thats how Aqua likes Kalatsutsi so much. It goes back to what I said before, something had to have happened between them that made Aqua gain respect for her, and bound her to him by some form of events (maybe bound is the wrong word, they could also be rivals aswell, maybe its the “girl pushes guy away because she doesn’t like him but secretly respects him and guy is pretty annoying and keeps on bothering her because he is either infatuated with her or has interior motives” trope.) but yeah, something HAD to have happened between them… ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE TWO STRONG FORCES, OMG YESSS THEY ARE SO COOL.
Also, from the limited edition poster thing, does that mean she is famous in the world? Because if she is I’d assume its infamy, because she’s probably a MONSTER on the battlefield.
She is so calm and composed… I WANNA SEE HER CRUMBLE 😈😈 OMG I DO WANNA KNOW WHAT SHE FEELS INTERNALLY THO BC SHES OBVIOUSLY TRAUMATIZED BY WHAT SHE HAS SEEN AND STUFF.
AND NOW PHILLIPINE GOT SWIPED BY CRYSTAL OH MY SHAYLA 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Kalatsutsi is officially my favorite character in all of media PLEASE DPLEAS PLEASE EPLEASE PLEASE GIVE ME MOREEE
IM SO EXCUTED FOR YOUR NEXT WORKS ON THESE PEOPLE I SWEAR LIKE PLELSLSLAL I WANT MORE OF THEM SO BAD
IM SO INTERESTED IN THE WORLD AND MULTIVERSES AND OMG IK YOUR GOING TO DO IT IN THE SMARTEST MOST AMAZING WAY (no pressure) IM JUST
Wow
AND YES I DO WATCH NINJAGO (my boy COLE IS THE TOP G 😍😍😍😍)
AND YEAH ITS LIKE 1:40 AM SO IMA GO TO SLEEP (nah imma be reading anna karenina, so yeah PLS TEXT ME POOKIE BEAR)
I LOVE UR WORK MAN NEVER STOP ❤️❤️❤️❤️

UNDER A STARRY SKY
-> TW: Flames, mention of fire, graphic description of human catching fire
-> "The Bonds that Tie Us" (Modern AU)
-> tags: shy boy x outgoing girl, childhood friends to lovers, confession, fluffy romance, unrequited love, angst no comfort
-> A/N: The main character's name is Phillipines. There is a country named Philippines. This might be weird to read if you live in the Philippines. My deepest apologies.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/80f217a5b3214df28877ad3e46e2f624/4faa5a1822b6333e-8c/s540x810/ba11c2ed687c24462ad244d5ef8851b5294aa125.jpg)
Philippines lied on his bed, exhausted. It was another unsuccessful day of trying (and failing) to confess to his long-time crush and best friend, Crystal. For goodness sake, it was the 4th time this month he had messed this up.
Phillipines sighed. He had only himself to blame, after all. The atmosphere was perfect, and he made sure no one would come and disturb them. (Thank you, Aqua. But I have failed you.) In the end, he got cold feet. Everything was perfect. Only his cowardice kept Crystal from knowing how deep his love for her truly ran.
There was a loud knock on the door. No, it was a series of knocks. A familiar rhythm, probably a Disney song. Phillipines heart raced. He knew only one person who does that in this house. Phillipines ran to the door, almost tripping on his own two feet. He fumbled with the doorknob, his mind urging him to open it faster.
The door clicked, and then finally, Crystal.
Crystal's beautiful sun-stone eyes always had a way to put Phillipines in a trance. Her lovely rose-dyed hair was not in a high ponytail or a fancy braid today. Today, it ran loose, cascading down her back like a waterfall. Even so, she still had a little hair accessory. A very colorful unicorn hairclip that kept her bangs from covering her eyes. Yet, even so, she fiddled with her hair, faux-tucking it behind her ear. 'Was she nervous', he wondered.
If Crystal was nervous, Phillipines was doubly so. Phillipines had never seen the bubbly girl so quiet, so nervous. "Are you alright", he asked, holding her hand. Crystal nodded slowly, giving him an awkward smile. She asked him to go with her to their secret place. "Hey", she said, in a quiet voice, "Let's go to the place." Phillipines agreed, though he was still a little worried about her. (He got blushy later on when he realised he held her hand).
~~~
Phillipines pointed at the sky. "That one over there is Orion, the hunter." Crystal's face was scrunched up, eyeing the sky with intensity. Suddenly, she stood up with a jolt, shouting "I know that one! It's the Little Dipper, right?" She looked at him expectantly, like a little kid wanting to be praised for scoring an A+ on math. Unfortunately, all she got was a pat on the head and a look of pity. "Close," he said, an undeniable softness in his eyes. "It's the Big Dipper, which is inside the constellation Ursa Major."
5 minutes of peaceful silence ensued. Followed by a nerve-wracking 10. Why isn't she speaking? For goodness sake, he hasn't lifted his hand from her hair. He's touched her for far too long. Is she uncomfortable? Did he make her uncomfortable? Her hair was so soft. A flurry of thoughts zoomed into Phillipines mind, causing him to nearly short-circuit.
A minute in, and Phillipines regained his bearings. He must withdraw his hand, and quickly, before Crystal gets the chance to ask him a question he would rather not answer. She looked so beautiful, basking under the starry glow of the night sky, smiling at him. Phillipines forced himself to look away, tearing his eyes of her own ruby orbs, for he knew he would not be able to let go of her otherwise.
Yet Crystal brought his hand down to her cheek, and snuggled into it. She looked into his pale turquoise eyes, and whispered to him.
"I love you."
Phillipines was silent. You could almost see how the little gears in his head turned, processing the information. Crystal confessed to him. Crystal, his best friend for nearly a decade, had confessed to him. Crystal, whom he had held unrequited feelings for 5 years; his dearest friend, his most beloved person. That Crystal confessed to him. He couldn't believe it. Was this really happening?
She smiled at him so softly. It was real, and he knew it. Phillipines heart felt like it was about to burst. A beautiful blush made its home in his cheeks. In a small voice and with the sweetest smile, Phillipines said what his heart had been begging to say since the beginning. "I love you too, Crystal."
~~~
This was a wonderful date", Crystal whispered, squeezing Phillipines's hand. The newly-formed couple were already holding hands, their backs leaning on the old oak tree. Phillipines fiddled with the grass next to him. "If only I knew it was a date", he said, "Then I could've brought you some flowers." (2 hours before, Phillipines had prepared a bundle of beautiful pink poppies, which were Crystal's favorite flower. Unfortunately, he chickened out.)
Crystal looked at Phillipines as if he was a little silly-billy who couldn't see what was truly important to her. She plucked a wildflower from the ground, and placed it behind his ear. Philippines blushed. "Don't worry", she said. "I prefer this one." She smiled at him cheekily, giving him a little wink. Phillipines wondered whether his heartbeat was audible, seeing how loud it was beating. He couldn't stop the blush dusting his cheeks, nor the dopey smile plastered on his face. A feeling of contentment washed over the couple, along with an awful smell. Something was burning.
The smell of smoke attacked his nostrils. Phillipines looked up, and behold, a cloud of smoke covered the sky, thick and dark. "Fire".
The ground was covered with weeds of all sorts, flammable. It was only a matter of time before the grass catches fire. Phillipines's pulled Crystal's arm, and ran as quickly as his non-athletic body could. A terrifying scream stopped Phillipines's in his tracks. Crystal let out a pain-filled wail as fire consumed her whole. Phillipines watched as the flames consumed her skin, unable to do anything except listen to her screams (The nearest water supply was miles away).
Phillipines woke up in his bedroom, his back drenched in cold sweat. It was all a dream. Phillipines breathed in a sigh of relief...and smoke invaded his nostrils. Looking up, he saw an unwanted amount of dark fog, covering the ceiling.
Immediately alert, Phillipines crawled out of his bed, into the hallway, and down to where they keep the fire extinguisher. The kitchen was in flames, two of his roommates were screaming, and everything was in chaos. Just a regular saturday morning.
Phillipines pulled Crystal out of the way (along with the bucket of water she was about to pour on the flaming electric stove), and used the extinguisher to put out the flames. He turned off the stove with his trusty oven mitts, and gave Crystal instructions on how to use the other fire extinguisher.
Through their combined efforts, and Phillipines's leadership skills, the kitchen fire did not reach any other room. Aqua, who was too busy saving his romance novels to put out the flames (even though the books were safe in his room and had he focused on putting out the tiny fire in the kitchen 30 minutes ago, wouldn't even be harmed), is now cheering Phillipines for "saving our lives". At that very moment, the fourth and final roommate, Kalachuchi ("The Terrifying") entered the room. Upon seeing the mess her roommmates had caused, mumbled something about only being gone for 10 minutes.
A couple of moments later, the gang was seated in the living room, eating pizza Aqua ordered. Crystal's "beautiful fried rice" was deemed unedible by the majority and forcibly thrown out of the window by Aqua, even though both Kalachuchi and Phillipines were willing to eat that horrible charcoaled monstrosity. Suffice to say, it was still chaotic, but much more preferable compared to a kitchen on fire.
Crystal was currently bragging about the beautiful poppies Aqua had supposedly given to her, her smile as bright as the sun. Apparently, she had caught him placing it on her windowsill late at night. If Crystal was the sun, then Aqua would've been an abandoned underground mineshaft which was flooded in 1991. The boy had only wanted to help his best friend out (and get rid of the clingy girl who kept invading his personal space and looked at him with googoo eyes yuck). Unfortunately, Crystal had no idea what his intentions are, and interpreted it as she wished, no matter how much he protested. To be fair, he looked very dashing from her windowsill.
Ah yes, Phillipines was withering from the attention Crystal was giving to Aqua. Logically, he knew it was just a dream, but that didn't stop the pit forming in his stomach. Seeing Crystal's arms around Aqua (as Aqua screamed for help) gave Phillipines's unwanted feelings. Nevertheless, his conscience won out, and he moved to free the boy when...
Kalachuchi placed a hand on his shoulder (gentle yet firm, as she always was), asking him if he was alright. Was he that obvious? Phillipines gave her a wry smile and nodded. He moved to "save Aqua from the dragon", shrugging off Kalachuchi's hand and her concern.

"Not for money, not for views, not for anyone but myself."
Hello, I'm Twistedtalkings!! Well, not anymore... I realized I was obsessed with views, and writing became a chore, so I started a new channel to write for myself! Call me Estrell (or Aster, if we're close).
This channel is mostly made so I could write about my OCs!! I'll make a profile for them later (maybe). Tags are #tbttu, #tssc, and #twst. OHH I also take twst asks! If what you send is interesting, I'll do it!!
Table of Contents
-Twisted wonderland Fanfics (Asks open, but I can reject)
-My Stories (The Bonds That Tie Us, Two Sides of the Same Coin, A Regular Fantasy Harem, etc.)
-Random writing (writing prompts or otherwise)
Asking Rules
There are three different flavors you could ask for in writing twst fics! Canon-compliant, Romantic, and Yandere. Please specify which type you want in the fic. (Very much twst, but feel free to request my OCs too!!)
I have simple boundaries, which are, please respect my religion (Christianity/Born Again) while on my blog, and that's all right now whoops.
Also, no suicide jokes. It's a very sensitive topic for me.
No flirting with me please!! Especially in DMs! I AM A MINOR!!! However, platonic flirting/nicknames are fine (as long as I start it).
Please don't talk about war with me!! I get very philosophical/obsessed with it, and I'm currently working on not doing that.
Minors welcome here. I've seen lots of yandere fic blogs that say minor dni, and as a teenager who hasn't yet reached her debut, I feel super sad about it. So yeah, minors welcome!
DNI LIST
○Those with church/religious trauma, specifically Christianity. More for you than me, since I add bible verses to each of my posts. Feel free to block!
○ Those who are rude about Christ in my blog. My God is very important to me, so if you got something to say, don't say it here. Or I'll block you.
Edit: Also, those who disregard my boundaries in any way.
You now know everything you need to know to ask/request! Now, personal stuff! About me, the one running this thing!
My alias is Mayo! I am a binibini (maiden) from the Philippines! I am currently a not-yet 18 year old. I am quite excited about my debut ngl.
Other than Twst, I am very fond of manga! I've read tbhk and wotakoi! I'm also excited for "The flower that blooms with dignity" anime adaptation! I also love musicals, like Six and Hamilton. Very excited for Epic the Musical's release too! (I also code)
Outside of tumblr, I am a high-school student (middle school, by Japan's standards), who wants to spread the word of God! That's why I add bible verses on each of my posts! My dream is to one day be a Voice Actor in America, while also doing accountant work. I also one day want to live in Japan!
My main account on tumblr is called @/everydaytwstsimp. Its mainly for reblogs though. I also have @/twistedtalking, which is my twst roleplaying account, where I roleplay as most of the students. (More info on that account's pinned post).

I WROTE THIS!? This is awesome!!
Behind the Screen
-> TW: Mentions of blood, mentions of war.
-> "The Bonds that Tie Us" (Modern AU)

I WROTE THIS
Look at it
UNDER A STARRY SKY
~~~
Phillipines pointed at the sky. "That one over there is Orion, the hunter." Crystal's face was scrunched up, eyeing the sky with intensity. Suddenly, she stood up with a jolt, shouting "I know that one! It's the Little Dipper, right?" She looked at him expectantly, like a little kid wanting to be praised for scoring an A+ on math. Unfortunately, all she got was a pat on the head and a look of pity. "Close," he said, an undeniable softness in his eyes. "It's the Big Dipper, which is inside the constellation Ursa Major."
5 minutes of peaceful silence ensued. Followed by a nerve-wracking 10. Why isn't she speaking? For goodness sake, he hasn't lifted his hand from her hair. He's touched her for far too long. Is she uncomfortable? Did he make her uncomfortable? Her hair was so soft. A flurry of thoughts zoomed into Phillipines mind, causing him to nearly short-circuit.
A minute in, and Phillipines regained his bearings. He must withdraw his hand, and quickly, before Crystal gets the chance to ask him a question he would rather not answer. She looked so beautiful, basking under the starry glow of the night sky, smiling at him. Phillipines forced himself to look away, tearing his eyes of her own ruby orbs, for he knew he would not be able to let go of her otherwise.
Yet Crystal brought his hand down to her cheek, and snuggled into it. She looked into his pale turquoise eyes, and whispered to him.
"I love you."
Phillipines was silent. You could almost see how the little gears in his head turned, processing the information. Crystal confessed to him. Crystal, his best friend for nearly a decade, had confessed to him. Crystal, whom he had held unrequited feelings for 5 years; his dearest friend, his most beloved person. That Crystal confessed to him. He couldn't believe it. Was this really happening?
She smiled at him so softly. It was real, and he knew it. Phillipines heart felt like it was about to burst. A beautiful blush made its home in his cheeks. In a small voice and with the sweetest smile, Phillipines said what his heart had been begging to say since the beginning. "I love you too, Crystal."
~~~
