Mitsuba: I cast Charm Person on Kou.
Kou: I use my shield to reflect the spell back at him.
Tsukasa: Hmm. Alright, it works. Mitsuba, you realize that Kou is your old and dear friend.
Mitsuba: So... not love interest anymore?
Tsukasa: Also love interest.
Kou: Wait, what?

Kou: No! Mitsuba, don't die! I cast Lay on Hands on him.
Mitsuba: I knew it! Using my defenseless state to touch me inappropriately! You pervert!

Kou: I read this sacred scroll of my paladin order.
Tsukasa: Roll Knowledge (Religion).
Kou: 16.
Tsukasa: The scroll tells you about ancient undead doppelganger, who often steals one of your friends and impersonates them.
Mitsuba: ...
Kou: What a silly thing to say. I wonder how much gold we can get for the scroll.

Mitsuba: I cast Fireball, centered on Kou.
Kou: Wait, I don't have much health—
Mitsuba, snickering: I do it anyway.

7 Mysteries GM styles
1. In Akane's games Aoi has most gold, has better stats than everyone else, is 10 levels above the party, has followers. The plot revolves around her. The party has to follow her and watch how she perfectly handles everything on her own. The players actively try to subvert the plot.
2. Yako makes dungeon crawls with elaborate traps and puzzles. There's treasure at the end, but it's cursed.
3. Mitsuba is pretty good at setting up dark and sinister worlds. Don't get too attached to characters, because they will suffer horrible death. Villains are memorable for the incredibly dark scenes. The descriptions are seriously troubling.
4. Shijima runs stories with a lot of travel, including extraplanar. There are multiple sights to see and stories to tell, with loveable characters and surprising twists.
5. Tsuchigomori runs old school dungeon crawls, giving unfair advantage to opponents. Celebrates when the monsters manage to kill the party.
6. Hakubo runs a one shot where overpowered boss wipes the floor with the party. Does not get why the players are upset.
7. Tsukasa runs crazy and unpredictable games, where anything can happen just for the sake of it. To his credit, follows the rule of cool a lot.
Hanako has an entire campaign planned out, but it basically boils down to gathering 7 mcguffins. The world building is solid though.
Mokke make players create an evil party attempting to become the rulers of the world. All player actions are automatic success.
