Omg I scanned through that same thread earlier! Small world! 😂 But yeah, I’m definitely with you on Venti, he (and Mihoyo) are obviously hiding something very juicy and I can’t wait to find out what it is. I’m sure you’ve also seen the chess piece theories … with him having the queen and his continued insistence that he’s weak and harmless I’m certain we’ll be in for quite a doozy when we finally get to delve a little deeper on him. Possibly unpopular opinion here but I definitely think he and Zhongli are the most interesting/compelling of the archons thus far. Nahida is pretty much “what you see is what you get” and tbh I just don’t find Ei all that … likable? Based on what we’ve heard of the hydro archon I don’t think I’m gonna like her much either, to be fair. lol But Venti and Zhongli are both pretty damn mysterious in their own ways while still retaining their charm so theirs are easily the stories I’m most interested in learning more about.

And thank you! Frankly the other game is … frustrating with its mechanics and all the silly hoops you have to jump through to do anything, and it’s also MUCH less polished so you aren’t missing anything even remotely exciting. 😂 I don’t like it nearly as much as Genshin but it’s casual enough that I can just hop on, do the tasks and then close out again. I’m truly only here for the bottom coded Zhongli character and I have no shame in admitting that ✋😭 I’m the worst kind of simp

I just got Yanfei off the weapons banner trying to get the new catalyst and I really feel like this is a travesty lmao mines been at C6 since the last time she was featured, it doesn’t even make sense that you can’t get a single one. i LIKE nahida a lot but i feel like her archon quest - especially compared to, say, venti's - just . . . out and out answered a lot of questions on here. very much what you see is what you get, yes! i am interested in ei a lot but i think that's just because i love miko so so much. i would like to know more about their time together! the sumeru lore now that the archon quest is over feels very much like 'okay, rukkhadevata understood, whats the deal with king deshret now--'.

ESPECIALLY with the knowledge of irminsul hiding things in the form of fairytales and venti's narration of the battle pass story (and the idea that the music and poetry of bards may be a way to bypass irminsul!) has me so so curious about venti. he has so many secrets he is not telling us. venti. please.
