oh boy… tbh i haven’t been reading much there since i’ve been mostly concentrating on writing, but i have a list of all the first fics that appeared (and tysm! bless ur soul anon dslkfjlskd)

This story is about one fateful night, while filming their latest episode of Buzzfeed Unsolved, Ryan Bergara held his best friend, Shane Madej, close and confessed his deepest, most closely hidden secret.

I remember this one quite distinctly because it was one of the first fics that appeared, and when the ESP episode came back I had flashbacks to this fic lmao. It’s got a very classic skeptic Shane spooked Ryan dynamic to it.

Shane is 16 years old and moving to a new town with his mom after she escaped a bad marriage. Moving was hard enough in and of itself but once Shane learns about the grisly murder that happened in his new house years ago, he begins to doubt everything he  previously thought he knew about ghosts.

Ahahaha i remember reading this… it’s a good AU, well written, and I love the interactions between them. a really good read, as is most of the author’s writings

lol minty’s style is a lot less formal and it’s a good read if you’re not looking for something serious. short comedic chapters but panders to my humor oof

i honestly dont remember enough of them to give good honest reviews since the covers don’t usually have too much to go off by, but if you’re interested i still have the reading list of all the shyan fics that were first published (while the fandom was still small). you can dig through those as they’re all in one spot lmao, maybe even get a good idea of what was on wattpad about a year ago now
