also currently in pain from literally head to toe. got the lower leg aches from running yesterday and walking a BUNCH today, the upper leg and lower abdomen and lower back cramps, the upper back pain from running in 20mph winds and hunkering the fuck down, and a headache from looking at my phone for too long bc i can’t sleep bc im IN PAIN.
#my friends in college were like eve. you take way too much ibuprofen (and they were lowkey correct)#but the thing is that 90% of my ibuprofen consumption takes place over ~4 days each month#i’m just taking. like 600mg every time i take it. and it’s usually like twice a day for those bad days#tbf this is only a recent development. before i started buying excedrin i was taking. a Lot of ibuprofen
