i wish warrior cats leaned more into the horror in early arcs. in yellowfangs secret brokenstar has his apprentice dangle from a tree with his jaws and the whole kit-soilder thing, which in the main series isnt as terrifying as it should be and after his defeat there’s no lingering resentment or  trauma from shadowclan
