Had to take it to the old elementary school fir the work out today #HIIT 888 calories gone in 45 min , #fitness ...it felt crazy meditating there too , I found young Tay hopeful and ambitious, smart but also insecure, and kinda shy. I've grown so much but still remain me. I am so Epic. Because I dream because I love , because I am real true, honarable , desirable.... Oooooohweeeee. Progress pic love (9/13/12 ) (1/6/13) ...that waist line trimming down ...mind you I was excited in September to see that progress , I still think I was the bomb in my before pic..lol ..but geesh do you see the curve on the sides replacing minor love handles ..I do :) . P.s you can't tell but my legs are still basically the same . I have to measure them this weekend maybe. <--Oh look who lost some lbs , I am showing my weight along side my most recent body shot , this is because I want ppl to see that weight is just a number lbs sit differently on ppl. I know ppl that weigh over 200 with body types I'm jealous of. Btw I'm about 5'4 - 5'5 . My weight does tend to fluctuate esp with muscle gain , I hope this was fat loss though. But anyway ....more power to you and your journey . Don't be a scale slave it will consume you . I hardly ever weigh myself but since I'm doing a challenge I should :) . Also measuring tape is your friend .
