What does Haru mind room look like?

I know I just said insect museum but very genuinely. insect museum. Hundreds upon hundreds of dragonflies, damselflies, and maybe even some butterflies and some flowers all pinned to the walls in frozen stassis. Everything has a place and everything is framed. Neat and perfect with all their information on tiny little plaques. But floor itself is like a prayer room. A mat on the floor for Haru, yellow, and a mat on the floor for Bohman, purple; marble tiles with streaks of yellow; some place to sit on the floor and think. Also, I think it would be a middling sense of light like having the lights turned off on a cloudy day. Also in the corners of the room are Greco-roman-esque columns with gold accents

how do you feel about the yugioh sevens ?

I was underwhelmed by the reveal but I have no expectations one way or another. Not a huge fan of the design decisions made or the significant shift from teen demographics to elementary-lower middle school focus but it does have a certain charm that makes me think it would be something I casually enjoy like old 90s cartoons I still think of fondly.

I’ll give it a try when it comes out and we’ll see how I feel then, but there’s not particularly a lot here to make of at the moment.

Have friends with amazing humour (seriously, that’s pretty much 98% of why the fake subs I’ve made exist), and preferably a program easy to edit texts with, I personally use photoshop (I have no idea what else could work, Krita and MS paint isn’t as easy to work with). Have a good day yourself!

opinion on Asana x Chevelle

I think they would be cute! They got that really sweet tea party still together in one of the ending clips so I’ve been soft on them since then and I think it would be nice if Chevelle was a little more femme and Asana was a little bit more butch, as they grow up, a gnc m/f ship in yugioh is rare to come by but these two could definitely rock it!

I know some people were disappointed that we didn’t get a more childhood friends specific flashback for Chevelle but I think its very sweet that Asana managed to save him and oh my god could you imagine if Chevelle thought he owed her a debt because of that? because that’s one of my underrated favourite shipping tropes

but yeah, I think they’re cute

I’d love to write Chevelle fic but I don’t really have much to go off for him yet, I’m afraid. And who knows, I might squeeze out one more sevens fic for Femslash Feb since I haven’t decided yet what Day 28 should be and I know that Asana/Tiger is more popular than you’d think but tentatively, if I had to pick an Asana ship, I’d probably go with Chevelle since he so easily rocketed to the top of my favourite sevens character list after his and Rook’s duel. I wanted him to win so badly! I didn’t catch the last episode but I hope Asana praised him for his efforts since he basically ‘died’ for her, like the drama kid he is

why do you think the vrains writers did not put Windy and Spectre in yusaku's flashback in episode 120 when he reject Ai's deal?

but I definitely have an answer for one of these characters and surprise, surprise, it’s Spectre.

I’ve been holding onto this headcanon since well before episode 120. All the way back to the final Bohman vs Playmaker duel when I found it incredibly disappointing that Spectre was not given flashback rights since I think that out of all the enemies which Yusaku/Playmaker duelled, he was definitely the one to push him ideologically in a way he hadn’t been pushed before since Spectre challenged Yusaku’s assumption that all the Lost Incident Victims had been hurt in the way that he had been. Compare and contrast how meeting/hearing about Jin would have impacted Yusaku; it would have validated his crusade, ensuring his righteousness whereas Spectre very much did not do that. Yusaku very psyched out by Spectre’s revelations

Ergo the bond which Yusaku formed with Spectre isn’t exactly a positive one however Spectre is named by Ai as one of the bonds which Yusaku should act upon and expand when Ai is off flying into the abyss to defeat Bohman from the inside. I don’t think these two moments contradictory, not at all, I think it provides insight into Yusaku’s mind. Yusaku doesn’t like Spectre but he’s still bonded to him and I think Yusaku’s hero complex addled mind, that means one thing. He needs develop his relationship with Spectre, ideally “saving” him, maybe, or at the very least, apologising for being presumptuous (dare I say arrogant?) about how Spectre should feel about the Lost Incident and the like. 

but, unfortunately that’s all just speculation based on these crumbs but I do think it could be a contributing reason and in the forbidden Vrains gets 140 episodes timeline, maybe that could’ve been a thing since Spectre had a few pet the dog moments in season two which potentially could have changed how he felt about the Ignis, ergo changing how he might’ve felt about Yusaku had they had some one-on-one time so that’s kinda my rationale as for why Spectre never got any heroic flashback prominence in regard to Yusaku

NOW Windy on the other hand, I haven’t got quite the manifesto. But similar to Spectre, I think he very much suffers from being in the Vrains only got 120 episodes timeline. I think he might have had we seen more of him un-possessed by Lightning or the like

sorry that’s kind of a cop out answer after all my thoughtful Spectre analysis but your talking to someone who loves Spectre an unhealthy amount so that’s just the risk you run

what is your opinion on Roa?

ur so lucky that I watched the new episode yesterday, otherwise this could have sat in my inbox for god knows how long.

Anyway. Roa. he’s skeevy, I don’t like him but I don’t dislike him either.

Don’t kabedon your cousin like that, you tool. Don’t fucking blackmail her either. He’s definitely helped angle the plot into an unexpected direction and fingers crossed that it helps to prop up Romin,,, for once,,, I would like to see the male character suffer or whatever to help progress the female character’s story but I am. Hugely aware. that is highly unlikely

still, his design is pretty good, feels more classic yugioh than other characters, though his clothes are a bit plain and I find it unexpected that RoaRomin has more members than just RoaRomin and I’ve seen some speculation about his motives there, being in a traditional band format than a duo, like I was expecting. still, I love Ushiro, thank you Roa for giving him to us, he’s my son now.

(yeah, the two bit mook character did sooooo much more for me than the character clearly essential to the cast haha)

I'm not sure. I know Bohman cares for his brother, but I don’t know if he wouldn’t fight Haru or not. Maybe he’d just imprison him.

what is your opinion on Thirdshipping (Blair/ Rei x Marcel /Martin) because i don't see many people talk about this ship?

I didn’t even know this was a named ship but having scrolled the GX ship list a couple of time for femslash february related purposes, I’m not surprised because holy fuck, the GX’ers were very keen and eager to name everything and then again

I;m actually only up to Judai vs Yubel!Marcel soooo that is going to limit me a little bit but I won’t lie, I remember my nose twitching going “I wonder if this will be Ominously Heterosexual soon...?” since Rei and Marcel have that connection. Friendship...? I don’t really remember D:

but it has potential, maybe??? like friends to lovers is always a solid foundation, even if it one I don’t find particularly exciting (I am a childhood friends to lovers stan) and/or needs one hell of a gimmick for me to care. like. in my eyes. friends to lovers is the least important garnish on a plate.  and, unfortunately, with my current GX knowledge, Rei/Marcel does not have that gimmick

but I don’t think its bad, it’s just okay, I might need to watch some more for it to get good but eh
