really my only beef with how Leighton’s arc was resolved is that it was rushed and therefore didn’t feel earned, and therefore instead of being wholeheartedly happy for her like I should be I’m just like... damn girl okay so in the last two episodes we’re gonna pick up where we left off at the end of season 1 huh

it’s a good storyline it’s just not earned they way the writers thoughts it was. loving where Leighton ended up but she deserved a better journey there
