Shri Venkateshwara University has launched the Nai Disha Scheme to provide career counseling for board students.
Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute has introduced the Nai Disha Scheme sponsored by the UP Govt.
Under this program, board students will take part in an educational tour combined with a career guidance session at higher education institutions and universities.
The Nai Disha scheme brought over 250 students from UP Govt. schools to visit different faculties of Shri Venkateshwara University. They asked about the various courses and career prospects.
The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora & the VC Dr Krishna Kant Dave inaugurated Nai Disha Scheme by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.
The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated through this revolutionary scheme, board students, especially those of UP Board, will find it easy to choose a stable & secure career.
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi announced the 5S of (Self- Confidence, Self-Attitude, Self-Time Management, self-Identity, & Self Uniqueness) form the basis of success.
These 5S will help you lead a high-quality life and transform one into a successful citizen. These 5S help to face any difficult situation with confidence & a person will achieve success against all odds.
Dr Rajeev Tyagi is an internationally renowned motivational speaker & was the keynote speaker at the event.
Dr. VPS Arora, the Chief Advisor, claimed that no matter the challenges, the youth should always move forward with a smile, and success will come to them.
The VC Dr Krishna Kant Dave, Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey & Dr Anil Jaiswal also addressed the Career Counselling session Nai Disha 2024.
Those present included the Academic Dean Dr Rajesh Singh, Dr Laxman Singh Rawat, Dr Divya Girdhar, Dr SN Sahu, Dr Yogeshwar Singh, Dr Dinesh Gautam, Dr TP Singh, Saurav Mitra, & Dr Ashutosh.
Dr Om Prakash, Dr Ashwini Saxena, Marketing Director Mr. Tarun Kambhoj, Priyanka Dwivedi, Kajal Yadav, Rukhsana Khatun, Ali Ahmed, Kajol Verma, Ishita Jain, Aman Gupta were all present.
The Meerut Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, was present along with the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana, among others.

Critically ill patient successfully operated upon at VIMS
It was a day of remarkable achievement for the Venkateshwara Group.
Dr Prachi Tyagi Senior Gynaecologist at Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS) operated upon a woman suffering from hepatitis C.
She & her team of Doctors helped her deliver a child suffering from Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) thus saving the life of the mother & child.
For ensuring good health, the newborn is being kept at Paediatric ICU & is out of danger.
Dr Prachi Tyagi, while elaborating on the surgery, informed that the pregnant women got admitted 3 days ago & was suffering from Hepatitis C.
Our team of Doctors performed a 3 hour long critical operation, thus saving both the mother & child. The new born is recuperating in the Paediatric ICU & is out of danger.
The team of Doctors performing the operation included Dr Prachi Tyagi, Senior Resident Dr. Shikha Srivastava, Dr Kunika Batra, renowned Paediatricians Dr Priti Tandon, Dr Waris Bilal, Dr Rahul, Dr Tarun & Anaesthesiologist Dr Awadhesh among others.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, complimented the team of Doctors performing this critical surgery.
Dr Rajiv Tyagi Pro-chancellor SVU asserted VIMS is providing cost effective, world class healthcare facilities to the people of the area.
Those congratulating the team included the Dean Medical Dr Sanjiv Bhatt, MS Dr A S Thakur, GM M A Chaudhary, Naseem Ahmed, Dr Manik Tyagi, Dr Ikram Elahi, & Dr Monika Deshwal.
Noticeable with their presence were the VC Dr Rakesh Yadav, Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh, Dr Shivam Gupta, Arun Goswami, Anuj Chaudhary & the Media in charge Vishwas Rana among others.

Shri Venkateshwara University hosted a symposium to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Bhagat Singh, the great freedom fighter.
Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute celebrated the birth anniversary of Sardar Bhagat Singh, the great freedom fighter, by organizing a symposium in his honour.
The orators paid homage to the great sacrifice of Bhagat Singh the revolutionary freedom fighter & vowed to dedicate themselves to national service.
The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, VC Dr Krishan Kant Dave and the Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey inaugurated the event by offering flowers on the portrait of Bhagat Singh.
The Venkateshwara Group Founder President, Dr Sudhir Giri, reiterated not everyone is privileged like Bhagat Singh, who sacrificed his life for the country’s freedom.
But if we all work dedicatedly in our areas of expertise to make India the most powerful nation, then it will be a true honour to our freedom fighters.
Bhagat Singh’s love for the nation, his exceptional bravery & sacrifice is an example for the youth, which could not be replicated by anyone else till date.
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi emphasized that, since childhood, Sardar Bhagat Singh was passionate about the country’s freedom and harbored a deep love for the nation.
He highlighted an incident when Bhagat Singh’s mother advised her son to get married, saying the fight for independence can be carried out post marriage as well. On this, Bhagat Singh laughed and said this to her mother:
सुनी बेबे की ये बात, वीर हँसकर के यू बोला दुल्हन तो लाऊंगा पर, नाम उसका होगा आजादी” |.....
The participants felt the pain of India’s freedom fighters when they listened to his words of commitment towards the nation during the freedom struggle.
The Vice Chancellor Dr Krishna Kant Dave and the Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey also addressed the symposium marking Sardar Bhagat Singh’s birth anniversary.
Those present included the Director Academics Dr Rajesh Singh, Dr Divya Girdhar, Dr VN Jha, Dr Dinesh Gautam, Dr Yogeshwar Singh Dr Rajwardhan Dr Jyoti Singh, Tarun Kambhoj, Vishal Sharma & Maroof Chaudhary.
Arun Goswami, Dr Ashwini Saxena, were also present along with all the educators.
The Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh was present along with the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana, Mr. Ram Gupta, among others.
