Tashi's Berlin Tantra massage is a highly specialized and intimate form of massage that combines elements of traditional massage with principles from Tantra, an ancient spiritual practice. Tashi is also a Vajrayana practitioner so also incorporates the real tantra along with Neo-tantra principle and techniques into her massage. Tashi's Berlin Tantra massage experience depends on several factors, the client's openness, their ability to trust and let go.
Here are some tips to help you best get the most out of your Berlin Tantra massage experience with Tashi:
Consultation and Communication: Prior to the massage, Tashi will have a consultation to discuss your goals, boundaries, and any specific needs or concerns. Effective communication is crucial in Tashi's Berlin Tantra massage experience.
Comfort and Trust: Tashi makes you feel comfortable and establishes trust. Tantra massage often involves intimate touch and vulnerability, so feeling safe and at ease is essential.
Privacy and Discretion: Tashi ensures that your Berlin Tantra massage is conducted in a private and discreet setting, where your privacy is respected.
Hygiene and Cleanliness: Tashi maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, using clean linens, towels, and products. Both you and Tashi should be freshly showered before the session.
Breathing and Meditation: Tashi's Berlin Tantra massage incorporates breathing techniques and meditation to enhance the experience. Tashi will guide you through these practices to help you connect with your body and energy.
Respect for Boundaries: Tashi's Berlin Tantra massage should always respect your boundaries and consent. If at any point during the session you feel uncomfortable or want to stop, Tashi will honor your wishes.
No Expectations: Approach Tantra massage with an open mind and heart, without specific expectations of sexual activity. While Tantra massage can be sensual, its primary aim is to promote relaxation, connection, and spiritual growth.
Duration: Tashi's Berlin Tantra massage sessions can vary in duration, typically ranging from 1.5 to 3 hours or more. Be prepared for a longer session compared to traditional massages.
Aftercare: After the massage, you may experience a range of emotions and sensations. Tashi will provide aftercare guidance and support to help you integrate the experience.
Regular Practice: To fully benefit from Tashi's Berlin Tantra massage, consider it as a practice that you can explore and deepen over time. Regular sessions may lead to a more profound connection with your body, emotions, and spirituality.
It's important to remember that Tashi's Berlin Tantra massage is a deeply personal and spiritual experience that goes beyond physical touch.

What is Tantric Practice
Many people ask what is Tantric practice? Tantric practice has three main concepts Yantra, Mantra and Tantra. Each one of these needs to be  understood literally, mystically and also metaphysically. Although the beginning this blog post is about Classical Tantra that I practice, I am also available to teach you Neo Tantric practices. My tantric practice is based in Berlin and I also available for other European countries.
Yantra
Yantra means to subdue or control. The word can be used as an instrument or tool used for a special or specific purpose. In ritualistic practices Tantrics draw geometrical shapes or prescribe symbols in metals, copper, silver, gold or stone. For example, I have a yantra which is a chart of numbers and I have a specific mantra to say while looking at it. Every deity in the Hindu religion has a yantra and a special mantra. Yantra is symbolic of the deity in a specific form while also recognising the formless aspect in the mantra.
Mantra
The deity is invoked through chanting a mantra that is given by a guru. This part of the Diksha (initiation) happens through transmission from the guru to the disciple. Mantras are holy words and when said over and over you become energised by that deity. Mantra Vidya is the science that teaches you how and which mantra to use. When I was given my mantra, my guru looked at my astrological chart and that was part of why I was given the mantra that I have. Many different reasons can come into play of why you receive the mantra that you do….I explained just part of the reason why I received mine.
Tantric Mantras are full of ‘root or seed’ mantras, and this makes the mantras extra powerful. Mantras are not prayers but rather mystical formulas- the combination of the different letters and sounds are full of deep spiritual vibrations.
Tantra
As discussed before, Tantra are the senses. With these senses, the Tantric practitioner can get immersed in God/Goddess consciousness by performing different rituals. These rituals are secret to the outside world and must be taught only by a well-versed Guru. Tantra massage is part of Neo Tantra- and neo tantric practitioners work a lot with the senses. A tantra massage is a perfect way to awaken the senses and to learn about tantric philosophy.
SODASI AS A TANTRIC PRACTITIONER
As a Tantric practitioner– I look at Tantra and Neo Tantra as two separate practices for myself. I can easily explain to you what is Tantric practice so you can adept some into your daily life. Although they are completely separate there are elements from the real tantra that I bring into my neo Tantra massage service. The healing I receive from doing my Tantric sadhana comes through my hands during my tantra massage. If you are also interested in learning more about Tantra- I can teach you during our Tantric massage session together.
