I started with drawing Steve as Pawniard becuase he’s a little angry impulsive stabby boi.
And ahh... I kept going drawing Captain’s whole group. Well, the group of the detailed ones. I love Bisharp and Pawniard, these two are my favorite pokemon. You expected Ninetales from your Kitsune Commander? No. Bisharp. The asshole pokemon and his little subordinates. And Tankmen are assholes too, so-
I love them, I love them so much.
I... didn’t mean to keep going I drew Steve and everything came form it.
Oh well.

TW: BLOOD AND GUNSHOTS
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Afternoon Rain
Bloodshed. The deafening sound of gunshots and the ‘whizz’ as they shot right past them. These were the sounds the Tankmen on both sides accompanied themselves with, whether they liked it or not. So many bodies of both sides lay dead on the hot sand.
Captain was panting heavily as he continued to shoot and duck behind various ruined building walls. He cursed under his breath and looked up to a sight he thought he would never lay his tired eyes on.
The Bad Captain was standing on a ruined part of a building, frantically waving a white flag. Captain gasped softly as he lowered his gun, and his other soldiers did the same.
His eyes welled with tears of joy as he slowly stood up, and all the men stood up as well. Soon, loud cheers erupted from the group.
Captain started laughing in relief. He never thought they would give up. So much bloodshed and so much loss had been dealt at the hands of both sides.
The Medics tended to whoever was injured and dealt with the bodies. Captain ran over to Steve, who was about to start driving back to the base. “Oh! Hey, Capn! Can you believe it? They fucking surrendered!”
Captain just smiled and climbed into the tank. He promptly hugged Steve tightly. “I’m so glad it’s over...” he sniffled. Steve laughed and hugged back. “It’s alright now, Captain. It’s over. It’s okay.”
-WHEN THEY GET BACK-
At Captain’s base, loud music was blaring and beer was nonstop. They cheered and laughed, many of the soldiers drunk and singing on the tables. Captain was doing a chugging contest with Sniper, and Captain was losing.
Sniper slammed a glass down after chugging it and practically screamed. “TAKE THAT!” he cackled. “I BEAT YA, CAPN!”
“Yeah, yeah. Ya *hic* beat me!” John replied, very drunk. The party raved on, Captain drinking and singing ‘My Heart Will Go On’ with Steve.
Back at the ‘Enemy’ base, the party was raring just as much as the other. But, Bad Captain was outside, noticeably quiet. Tim stepped out from the party and walked over to him. “Uh, if I may, Captain, are you alright? You’re not partying.”
Bad Captain sighed and looked over at him. “At ease, Tim. I just- I know I should be happy the war is over. But- I feel like I betrayed my army. It’s been years of this goddamn war, and so many men and women laid their lives down for us. I just couldn’t handle it anymore.”
Tim walked over and sat next to him, patting his back a bit. “You didn’t betray anyone. If anything, the men love you more now that you ended it. For everyone.” He smiled his dumb stupid dorky smile. “It’s over now.”
“Yeah.” Bad Captain smiled softly at his subordinate. “We can rest now.”
