„Ez egy rövidhullámon működő orosz adóállomás mintegy negyven kilométerre Moszkvától. Az állomás 4625 kHz-en dolgozik. Az 1982 óta számontartott adó a „The Buzzer” ,azaz a „A Zümmögő” becenevet kapta , mivel a nap huszonnégy órájában monoton zümmögő hangot sugároz. Elsőre nem túl izgalmas a történet , ám múltban volt pár eset , amikor a zümmögést emberi beszéd váltotta. Az állomás létezésének oka eddig ismeretlen, sokan hatalmas összeesküvés elméleteket szőttek a Zümmögő köré, ám mind közül a leghihetőbb, hogy a hidegháború során előállított, és később feleslegessé vált atomfegyverek hatástalanítására szolgál( érdemes megjegyezni, hogy senki sem tudja , hogy pontosan mennyi atomfegyver készült Oroszországban). A működésének elve az , hogy minden egyes bombába került egy hatástalanító vevő, amely ha megfelelő jelet érzékel, akkor a bomba nem képes felrobbanni , az Oroszok pedig, tartva a bombák rossz kezekbe kerülésétől ,biztos ,ami biztos alapon aktiválták a rendszert. Persze ez is csak egy feltevés, de az biztos, hogy ok nélkül senki nem működtet egy ilyen komoly adóállomást évtizedeken keresztül.” (www.ha5kdr.hu)
