The tanguine arc is actually about how Sanguine starts out thinking they're like the joker and Harley Quinn, and coming to realise he is the Harley of this metaphor

Alright, keep in mind that I'm not a native English speaker so sorry if it sucks.

7) who steals the duvet in their sleep?

Tanith. Ironically she is naturally warmer than Billy-Ray, since he's always digging through cold surfaces. Yet she will hold the duvet like her life depends on it because it brings her comfort. This might have to do with her living in a cold and secluded place most of her childhood. She'd tell herself she was safe under her blanket.

But not only is she a blanket hog, she also sleepwalks. One night Billy wakes up because fabric keeps brushing his face and discovers Tanith walking on the wall above him with her yes closed, still holding the duvet. He panics at first but then she actually listens to him for once and goes back to bed when he asks. Sleepwalking Tanith trusts him more than regular Tanith, it would seem. Or maybe it's just that she just doesn't pretend not to trust him.

12) who hogs the bathroom?

Billy-Ray, and it pisses Tanith so much. All he has to do is comb his three strands of hair and adjust his glasses but NO Billy needs his 30 minutes long shower - to warm up because he's cold - and then takes his time to put his clothes on. He has a little routine and always puts his socks on first. She makes fun of him but he brushes it off because he's done it for hundreds of years so as much as he loves her that's one thing he won't change. She has tried everything to get him out of the bathroom in under twenty minutes and only succeeded once when she pretended she was being attacked. He still took the time to put on his socks, though.

19) who clings to the other for comfort when they’re sad or scared?

Technically, Billy-Ray. He's always very clingy and it gets worse when he's sad except he tries to be "subtle" about it. Instead of trying to reach out or catch up to her he'll literally open his arms and say stuff like "Come here, darlin' "

Usually Tanith tells him to piss off but she can immediately sense that something is wrong and will let him come to her or even go straight into his arms if nobody's watching. It's a different story when he's scared because he doesn't want to appear weak so he'll hover around and be much more silent than his usual self. Tanith will also notice right away and grab his hand or hold him if it's really bad.

She also gets clingy, as much as her personality will allow her. Billy-Ray's always right behind her, and if she's sad she won't leave as much space between them and let him catch up a bit. When she's scared for real she stands right next to him and he knows shit is about to hit the fan. On a few occasions Tanith asked him to hold her in his arms while she sobbed, most of the time after she learned about something she did while she was possessed.
