Maybe I'm the problem?

Okay I gotta be honest as much as I act like it I don't hate Tamlin, like everything he does has a logical and redeemable explanation behind it and no matter how many points people say when it comes to him as a villain I just don't see it that way. I don't agree with his controlling behavior towards Feyre, he hurt her and it's understandable to dislike him but the fandom acts as if he's the worse person in the story. to further back up my points https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/19375225-a-case-against-the-constant-vilifying-of-tamlin heres a whole thread about it, I suggest reading it before attacking me. to Quote one of the statements in the thread (skip to page 5 to see this part) "When Rhys 'sold out' to the bad guys, Amarantha, he was doing it for the people he loved and that was ok. But no, The Night Court saviors have their own plan and everyone is forced to do their idea because they are obviously the best and most intelligent court. Tamlin risked everything doing this little spy act and it is just brushed over as him still being a traitor even though that's not true? Then Rhys forcing his people in Spring Court land is the cherry on top of this rotten cake of favoritism and god-complex Night Court. Tamlin lost everything and suffers immensely from his past trauma but still fought, still helped Feyre and Rhys, and sjm just gave him absolute shit in return. I'll never forget that line in ACOWAR where Feyre is mentally complaining that everyone only cared about Tamlin's brokenness and not hers when it is the exact opposite. I feel like that is only further proof that Feyre really didn't give af about what happened to Tamlin under the mountain or the PTSD he has been suffering for literal centuries." The thread also talks about how Nesta, Elaine and Lucien are similar to Tamlin more specifically Nesta and the way Feyre and Rhysand treat her, honestly they're so complex I hate how they're all put in one box. Nesta being bitchy and Tamlin a tool though I won't deny the fact that they are I think they're so much more than that.
