We had the greatest time! We talked for about 45 minutes because I was so intrigued by her. Ms. Marion is now 97 years old, lives independently, and drives. She also actively promotes her books at churches and nursing homes. She said the key to longevity is to tell yourself what you're going to do. For example, "I'm going to the gym", which motivates her to go. She said staying active helps her stay healthy mentally and physically. We exchanged books and hugs before I left.
