I was reminded of my Tamagotchi ON from my last reblog so I put batteries back in it, these are my twins, Vivian and Cordelia (named after ocs lol)

If you’re wondering how I got them both to be clocks and my room to be Tony, 1, I made pixel art to make the Tony room, and 2, I used the computer program MyMeets to insert the image into my Tamagotchi to use it as a room. MyMeets is also how I got my Tamagotchis to become clocks as adults

Tamagotchi Uni: Prepare for Launch!

I'm here reporting live from Bic Camera in Yurakucho, part of the stylish Ginza district here in Tokyo, Japan. (That said, Bic Camera is a big box home electronics chain similar to Best Buy in the US so it's not quite as fancy as the rest of the area.)

There's a special launch event running for the 3-day weekend July 15-17, as is immediately obvious as you approach the store! If you'll recall today, July 15, is the global launch day, so people are excited.

I would say there were around 20 people lined up for Tamagotchi...but you should have seen the huge line for the new Gundam model/Beyblade X toys that also launch today. That one nearly wrapped around the building...

Of course the decorations are on point.

The staff was working hard to make sure everything was ready for the store opening at 10 am. This was about 5-10 minutes before rope drop. Check out that box overflowing with Unis!

Of course it's not a proper launch party without a visit from Mametchi! He'll visit 3 times from 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm for photos every day of the event.
