It had taken Eddie 5 days to admit he was struggling, Buck moved in the next day.

It had started one rainy Sunday, Eddie was off and Buck had finally gotten home around 10pm, he smelt faintly of cigarettes, which meant something bad had happened. He didn't say anything to Eddie when they ate, or when Eddie asked him what he wanted to watch.

that scene in the haunted maze where steve is breaking up with lorelai and avas watching like “wow this guys an ASSHOLE am i right” so she KNOCKS HIM OUT and just LETS LEIF BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF HIM???

like, it would’ve been different if he actually was being an asshole but like. he wasnt. he was actually being incredibly reasonable and telling her that he just didnt think it was going to work out

and to add context: steve was kind of a dick for most of the series. he talked about ava behind her back and disregarded lorelai’s feelings a few times. but it wasn’t like he was straight up abusive; its pretty obvious that him and lorelai are both young and got in petty arguments because they’re both immature

but like the one time he really ISNT an asshole is when hes breaking up with her and its like?? WHY did ava do that??? even when i was like.. 13 watching it for the first time i thought that shit was weird lmao

And Luke telling Lorelai that he told Jess that his mom did call but Luke though he should stay in stars hollow to settle in more so Jess didn’t feel sad about Liz not calling. And Lorelai just looks at Luke and goes “He knows.” AND HE DID. Liz Danes, when I catch you Liz.
