We started rewatching Young Justice recently and all of the "sidekicks" were upset at being treated like children and being kept in the dark and not having access to information and i just?? I don't think Batman would believe in withholding information from Robin
Dick gets into everything everywhere all of the time there is no peace or privacy from him. And Bruce has never dealt with children before how is he supposed to know whats 'appropriate' for a child to know or have access to.
Speedy: it's such bs that they don't trust us with information Robin: haha what? Green Arrow: It's hard keeping information from my partner/subordinate but it's for his own good. He's a child and he can't be trusted with that sort of power yet. Do you struggle with Robin wanting access to information he doesn't have the clearance for? Batman, who's never kept a single secret from Dick and couldn't if he tried: um. yeah. absolutely.

Trying to label my feelings and attractions feels like trying to catch water with a net. I’ve decided I can’t care about labeling my feelings correctly or else I’m gonna drive myself crazy with defining the different types of love and attraction that I do and don’t feel.
Today I had the thought “That character was one of my childhood crushes” and then I thought “wait, but if I’m aro, I can’t have crushes, right?”. I’ve since realized that I don’t care and I can both be aro and call characters childhood crushes bc it’s not that deep. If someone else tells me I’m wrong, it’s none of their business. I’m not gonna soul-search to find the right terms. Terms are meant to be helpful, and I find it most helpful to not complicate my life by finding the most accurate terms.

In the musical, Darry is so mad and I just don’t agree with that. I like Brent’s acting during Runs in The Family (Reprise) but he was screaming in everyone’s face all furious-like. But the song always came across as like yeah, angry, but also exasperated. Exhausted. Sad. Like he’s all that and yeah he’s getting progressively angrier but he’s not just angry. He’s just an exhausted guy who got dealt bad cards and he knows that.

Somewhere at home, my dad has just gotten an ego boost and he doesn't know why (I ate poptarts for breakfast) (Currently eating uncooked ramen noodles with the seasoning pack sprinkled on top)
