I was a simpleton, assuming Leon couldn't cook because he has a freaking head chef and just how many scenes there are of him eating meals and drinking tea that were all prepared for him.

Then he got put on cooking duty for TalesFes2024.

So, headcanon adjustment time. It makes sense that he'd be able to cook at least the most practical things. He's mostly a solo act as a knight, so he'd have to know how to cook for himself while on the road. Unless he just... eats a raw potato or something. That's also valid. lol
