symbols: gathered
so Callie’s managed to get all 9 other symbols together to help banish Bill!
Question mark - Judd @juddkat Ice - Marie @chargerfest The Royal Order of the Holy Mackerel - Canti @711robot Pine tree - Sanzo @quiet-or-die Star- Rika @venomoushelianthus Six-fingered Hand - Jack @helibots Llama - Callie Shooting Star - Steven @firstgemboy Heart - Peter @alicesoneandonly Spectacles - Peridot @whirlygem
I’m trying to get ahold of either Bill or Stanford’s mods but in the meantime, Callie’s gathered everybody into her apartment, which is A-5. There’s a large couch fort/door barrier pushed off to the side of the apartment and the ritual circle drawn on the floor. If anybody wants to introduce themselves to each other since she’s tried to gather them into the same space now, feel free!!

((Well, with what is happening and Daimon being the muse that is Ready to Go, this is a starter call for those of you that are interested in the Cittageddonzodiac thing that’s been going on.
I’m going to take it slow, so I’m capping at 3 unless someone wants to do a group thread or smth.))

No matter how Rika seemed to scratch and scrub, the star on the back of her hand would not fade. It irritated her, to say the least -- she hadn’t done anything to earn a mark, and she absolutely didn’t get it tattooed on purpose. It simply appeared, with no explanation. Seeking one out, she left District Zeta and ventured out into the... inherit weirdness the city had become.
(Not that she had known it very long beforehand. For all Rika knew, this was just commonplace. Still, she had a nagging feeling that this wasn’t something the citizens were used to.)
Someone out there had to know what the star meant, and Rika intended to find out.
She had managed (albeit poorly and not without significant nausea) to make it through the bubbles in Sector 006, but when she had arrived in Sector 005 --
No. There was no city, only the mental hospital. There was no Mint Eye, or V, or RFA. Only cold linoleum floors and crisp white walls. But there was the exit, right there --
She ran.
“Let me go! You can’t keep me here!” If the doctors were chasing her, she didn’t look. She could hear footsteps -- flashes of a city in dismay fill her vision but the door is so close -- but does not look back. “I’m not sick!” The hallway stretched further and further away, and she thought she might have heard someone talking.
“This is torture! Leave me alone!”

As if the oddities of this week didn’t seem to cease, Shion was inspecting the very odd fish symbol on his hand. While he himself had not been harmed, yet, by the strange happenings, he was observant enough to see others weren’t as lucky. He would help if he could. As soon as he figured out what it meant.
To: All Contacts From: Shion [ Image Attached. ] How can I help?

“What the--” Daimon looked at the back of his hand to find an...mackrel on it. Mackrel? He looked at his phone and then back up for some reason. Save the city? Well, that he could do! Even with the others not here, he could still do it....Yes he could!
(He just wished that they were her--ow...ow ow)
“Circle...I wonder....nine other people?” he wondered as he thought as to how to find nine other people that make up this ‘circle’.

“Agh... Damn!”, Jyuzo shouted, a pain searing through his off hand. He raised the back of his palm to see what the pain was stemming from, only to find a question mark singed against the dull metal hand. Followed by his confusion was a text, explaining everything, along with the weird situations popping off across the city. The text came off as a challenge, and Jyuzo couldn’t help but want to face it head on.
“Guess I better get movin’...”, Jyuzo muttered as he headed for the door of his apartment. A pack of smokes and a strange symbol would be all he needed in tow for today.

Not long after the rabbit read the text did a burning sensation on his paw come about. Looking down, Peter noticed a small heart symbol appear on the back of his right paw, and he couldn’t help but snort.
“Figures I am reminded of home,” he said to himself. While he suspected that the symbol had nothing to do with the Country of Hearts, he still couldn’t help but find a bitter humor in it all the same.
However, there was something more pressing at hand, If what the message was saying was correct, he needed to seek out and find others with different symbols in order to reverse what was done to him. Not only that, but he would have to join hands with them. This thought made him cringe and he had half a mind not to go through with it until he remembered that the alternative was to be stuck in his rabbit form.
In reality, he had little choice in the matter.
“...to hell with this place,” he muttered before closing the message and making towards the door of his home.
It was time to find some germ infested people and get this over with.

it takes him by surprise-- the sudden, searing pain on the back of his hand. it only lasts a moment, though, and Gaelio’s brows furrow at the new symbol on his hand, not unlike it had been branded there. he rubs his thumb over the mark like it might come off if he tries hard enough, but deep down he knows this isn’t the case. instead, he lightly traces the outline of the heart with his fingers, thoroughly stumped (and rather angry).
“Is this some kind of joke?”
