Being meaning to post abt this 4 awhile now but I finally started work on my own TMNT Iteration!

TMNT: Tainted is something I've been working since about September-October of last year and IM SO EXCITED TO FINALLY HAVE DESIGNS TO TALK ABT AND SHOW !!!!! Tainted is mostly inspired by the more modern iterations of TMNT(2003,Rise,IDW,etc) with some elements from the original Mirage 1984 Iteration-mainly the violence. This AU does cover triggering topics however,such as,

Child Abuse

SA

Child Neglect

Lose of Identity/Unreality

Substance Abuse

Suicidal Themes and Attempts

Mental Health Issues

Child Soldiers/Labor(I think?)

Generational Trauma

General Violence

Ik it's sometimes seen as 'cringey' to put a TW but I find it more comfortable to put ones when needed as to make it clear when something is not for kids

On the first advent of the Spiral of Desperation, all of the citizens of Duviri could do nothing but cower as the black dragon rose through the sky, screaming, writhing, sinking its teeth into the void itself. It sought freedom, but the hole it tore led only to an even deeper hell. Ultimately, the dragon was subdued and the rupture sealed by the grace of Thrax, but the animals and folk nearest to the beast were forever changed.

On each recursion of this horrid spiral, as the red-eyed shadows rise from the depths of the caves to dance in the night, the void touched animals go mad once more until the nightmare is over.
