I got harassed by a cop today because I was pushing myself in my wheelchair in the road because the sidewalk is physically impossible for me to use in a wheelchair in my city (no curb cut outs AT ALL on extremely tall curbs) and he told me that if I got hit by a car it would be my own fault and I'd be legally liable for it, I genuinely fucking hate able bodied people AND cops

#I was as far on the side of the road as I could physically get #and when I told him that there were no curb cut outs so I physically couldn't use the sidewalk he said #'I dont care you still cant be in the road figure something out'#ended up just saying okay and then ignoring him and kept going #there was literally nothing else i could do but even if there were i wouldn't have because he pissed me off so bad #disabled #disability #wheelchair user #cpunk #cripplepunk #tags so that other disabled people can share in my rage and maybe I wont have to carry it alone #able bodied people please don't interact with this one post at all im looking for community and understanding right now
