DRIVERS IN SINGAPORE

i’m singaporean so wanted to do something funny to mark 1 week to the GP :)

my opinions only! 

seb

- probably spending all his time in parks or whatever

- sneezes cos flowers

- either feels too hot [outside] or too cold [in air-con]

charles

- will 100% go to the zoo but avoids the snakes

- “ooh look, an animal! what animal is that? why does it look so weird?”

- waits for the feeding times just to feed the animals

lewis

- trying to find vegan places to eat

- “it’s a chinese vegetarian restaurant, let’s go take a look!”

- realises he can’t order properly because most of the staff speak chinese and ends up just pointing at the menu

valtteri

- literally trying to find somewhere cold

- also looking for iced coffee cos it’s too hot

- “i’m just gonna go to starbucks, i give up.”

max

- complaining about seafood [which is everywhere]

- “why does every restaurant serve some kind of seafood? like i know it’s an island but-”

- stays far away from any form of seafood and orders chicken everyday

alex

- goes to find a thai restaurant 

- also goes and finds chilli crab [local food here]

- “oof this is spicy...like really spicy. how do people eat this?”

lando

- goes to the supermarket to find milk

- ends up also finding milk sweets [which are amazing]

- “which milk should i get? there’s so many types? wait there’s milk sweets? okay i have to get some!”

carlos

- finds the infamous durian

- realises it stinks and doesn’t want to eat it anymore

- “why does it smell? how does a fruit even smell? what?”

dan

- unlike max, goes to find the seafood

- “mmh, this is really good, can i have more?”

- ends up getting scolded by his trainer for eating too much seafood

nico

- basically walks around because he has nothing to do

- ends up in some mall somewhere 

- “where am i? wait how did i get here? can someone tell me where i am? how do i go back to the hotel?”

pierre

- goes to the amusement park and water park

- literally gets burnt to a crisp because he forgot the sunscreen

- “GET ME BACK TO THE WATER IT’S TOO HOT I NEED THE WATER!” [flasbacks to trash can]

dany

- goes shopping for penelope [his daughter] and ends up at some street market somewhere 

- gets here a stuffed toy souvenir even though kelly says enough

- “don’t tell me she’s got enough toys because she doesn’t, okay?”

checo

- also gets something for his kids

- actually gets other things besides stuffed toys

- *holding like 2 full baskets* “yea i think that’s enough.”

lance

- literally doesn’t want to move because of the heat

- will stay in the hotel all day if he could

- “why is the weather here so hot? and don’t tell me it’s because of location because I KNEW THAT!”

kimi

- goes to find ice cream

- finds ice cream and is content

- “bwoah, at least the ice cream had vodka in it.”

antonio

- follows kimi to get ice cream

- is the one who ends up paying for it

- “well, at least this is cold.”

kevin

- hanging out in the hotel pool cos why not

- being annoyed by shouting children

- “i can’t even have peace and quiet? like can they just shut up?”

romain

- is amazed by all the food

- endures heat to go out and eat the local food

- “wow this is really good, i should try to make it sometime.”

george

- an intellectual who goes to the library

- goes to the main branch and realises there’s a lot of floors and a lot more books

- “there’s actually so much stuff in here this is the dream :)”

robert

- has nothing to do and decides to follow romain

- actually enjoys himself despite romain basically fanboying over food

- “well, this was kind of fun.”

well that was fun to do :) 

am heading to the gp so really excited :)
